【摘要】：芥菜是華容縣的地理標志,也是華容縣的特色產業(yè),其中華容縣芥菜的種植歷史已經相當久遠。華容縣是全國最大的芥菜生產中心,在2015年,芥菜種植面積已經達到0.87萬hm2,每年的芥菜產量有70萬t之多,在華容芥菜的成品加工率已經達到85%,芥菜每667m2地產生的經濟效益為3000多元,遠遠高于其他農產品產生的經濟利益。
[Abstract]:Mustard is the geographical indication of Huarong County, but also the characteristic industry of Huarong County. Huarong County is the largest production center of mustard in China. In 2015, the planting area of mustard has reached 8700 hm ~ 2, and the annual production of mustard is as much as 700000 tons. The finished product processing rate of Huarong mustard has reached 85%, and the economic benefit per 667m2 of mustard is more than 3000 yuan, which is much higher than that of other agricultural products.
