【摘要】：產業(yè)集聚是經濟活動的普遍現(xiàn)象。歷史上,例如美國喬治亞州的地毯業(yè)集聚,改革開放后,我國某些特定地區(qū)也出現(xiàn)了產業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象,比如紹興的輕紡,中國是農業(yè)大國,有著發(fā)展農產品加工業(yè)的天然優(yōu)勢,農產品加工業(yè)的發(fā)展在調整經濟結構、促進就業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。在工業(yè)化不斷快速發(fā)展的背景下,中國農產品加工業(yè)是否有集聚現(xiàn)象?在中國國情下,影響農產品加工產業(yè)集聚的因素有哪些?基于此本文對農產品加工業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及影響因素進行研究,對上述問題給予回答。本文對國內外產業(yè)集聚的理論研究和測度方法進行了系統(tǒng)性梳理和總結,考察了中國農產品加工業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和集聚狀況,并對農產品加工業(yè)產業(yè)集聚影響因素進行研究。文章通過產業(yè)集聚度、EG指數、區(qū)位商等計算方法測算了我國農產品加工產業(yè)集聚程度,結果顯示農產品加工產業(yè)有顯著的地理集聚特征,主要集中在東部沿海省份,部分行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出高度集聚在少數省份的特征,集聚呈現(xiàn)上漲趨勢;接下來從新經濟地理學的角度,運用2002—2011年29個省級面板數據對農產品加工產業(yè)集聚影響因素進行計量分析,研究結果顯示不管是經濟地理因素、新經濟地理因素、經濟政策因素對產業(yè)集聚的形成都有較好的解釋能力,證明了理論的科學性,自然稟賦對農產品加工產業(yè)集聚有較顯著的正向關系;沿海地區(qū)有著發(fā)展農產品加工業(yè)產業(yè)集聚的良好區(qū)位優(yōu)勢;直轄市因其特定的功能在一定程度上排擠了其成為加工業(yè)中心的可能;人力資本、規(guī)模經濟、市場需求以及完善的基礎設施建設成為農產品加工產業(yè)集聚的重要因素;經濟政策與金融發(fā)展都有利于產業(yè)集聚的形成,研究結果也說明了農產品加工產業(yè)集聚的影響因素是多樣且復雜的,產業(yè)集聚是在多種因素綜合作用下的結果。通過對農產品加工產業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)狀及影響因素的剖析,能夠提供比較有價值的信息,為以后制定對策措施來提高農產品加工產業(yè)集聚提供依據,以促進我國農產品加工業(yè)產業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration is a common phenomenon of economic activities. Historically, such as the carpet industry agglomeration in Georgia in the United States, industrial agglomeration also appeared in certain specific regions of China after the reform and opening up. For example, Shaoxing's textile industry, China is a large agricultural country and has a natural advantage in developing agricultural products processing industries. The development of agricultural products processing industry plays an important role in adjusting economic structure and promoting employment. In the context of the rapid development of industrialization, is there a phenomenon of agglomeration in China's agricultural products processing industry? In China, what are the factors that affect agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry? Based on this, the present situation and influencing factors of agricultural products processing industry are studied, and the above questions are answered. In this paper, the theoretical research and measurement methods of industrial agglomeration at home and abroad are systematically combed and summarized, the development and agglomeration status of China's agricultural product processing industry are investigated, and the influencing factors of agglomeration of agricultural product processing industry are studied. The paper calculates the agglomeration degree of agricultural products processing industry in China by means of EG index and location quotient. The result shows that the agglomeration of agricultural product processing industry has obvious geographical agglomeration characteristics, mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal provinces. Some industries show the characteristics of high concentration in a few provinces, and the agglomeration shows an upward trend; next, from the perspective of the new economic geography, Using 29 provincial panel data from 2002 to 2011 to analyze the influencing factors of agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry, the results show that no matter whether it is economic geography factor or new economic geographical factor, The factors of economic policy have a good ability to explain the formation of industrial agglomeration, which proves the scientific nature of the theory, and the natural endowment has a significant positive relationship to the agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry. Coastal areas have a good location advantage to develop agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry; municipalities directly under the Central Government, due to their specific functions, to a certain extent crowd out the possibility of becoming processing industry centers; human capital, economies of scale, Market demand and perfect infrastructure construction have become important factors for agglomeration of agricultural products processing industries. Economic policies and financial development are conducive to the formation of industrial agglomeration. The results also show that the influencing factors of agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry are diverse and complex, and the industrial agglomeration is the result of the comprehensive action of many factors. By analyzing the present situation and influencing factors of agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry, it can provide valuable information and provide the basis for formulating countermeasures to improve agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry. In order to promote the development of China's agricultural products processing industry.
