【摘要】：伴隨著我國經濟水平的不斷提高和民眾對醫(yī)療健康重視程度的提升,我國的醫(yī)療健康產業(yè)開始進入高速發(fā)展時期,醫(yī)療健康并購重組市場逐漸成為投資的熱點。文章分析了現(xiàn)階段我國醫(yī)療健康產業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結了我國醫(yī)療健康產業(yè)并購重組的主要模式,對比分析了并購重組的重點案例,最后提出了醫(yī)療健康產業(yè)并購重組市場的熱點領域和發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the economic level of our country and the enhancement of people's attention to medical health, the medical and health industry of our country began to enter the period of rapid development, and the market of M & A and reorganization of medical and health gradually became the hot spot of investment. This paper analyzes the current development situation of medical and health industry in China, summarizes the main modes of M & A and recombination of medical and health industry in China, and compares and analyzes the key cases of M & A. Finally, the hot field and development prospect of M & A market in medical and health industry are put forward.
