【摘要】：從需求面、供給面、環(huán)境面3個(gè)層面,選取中國(guó)最具高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的北京、天津、深圳、西安、成都5個(gè)城市產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持政策進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)對(duì)五城市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策條款進(jìn)行編碼、結(jié)構(gòu)化和內(nèi)容分析,指出五城市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策在需求面、供給面、環(huán)境面具有明顯的偏好差異,深刻剖析不同城市在高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策工具運(yùn)用方面的差異和共性,可為政府相關(guān)部門制定和完善高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持政策提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The industrial support policies of Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Xi'an and Chengdu, which are the most competitive high-tech industries in China, are studied from three aspects: demand, supply and environment. By coding, structuring and analyzing the policy terms of high-tech industry in five cities, it is pointed out that there are obvious differences in the demand, supply and environment masks of high-tech industrial policies in the five cities. Deeply analyzing the differences and commonness in the application of high-tech industry policy tools in different cities can provide a reference for the government departments to formulate and perfect the high-tech industry support policies.
