【摘要】：電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱行業(yè),與人們生活息息相關(guān)。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)低迷、國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩的情況下,電子信息行業(yè)仍保持較快的增長(zhǎng)速度。通過(guò)創(chuàng)新“垂直整合”組織模式,不斷聚合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)首次躋身為第一支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),扭轉(zhuǎn)了傳統(tǒng)汽車(chē)摩托車(chē)“一業(yè)獨(dú)大”局面,拉動(dòng)了重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng),帶動(dòng)了相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的逐步提高。本文第一部分首先確定了重慶市的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,闡明了研究意義,搜集整理了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的分析方法和結(jié)論,總結(jié)了與電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)的有關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論,介紹論文的研究思路和方法;第二部分對(duì)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)作了明確的定義,根據(jù)重慶市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)對(duì)其產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了分類(lèi),對(duì)電子產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理論及投入產(chǎn)出法等方法進(jìn)行了介紹。第三部分全面分析了重慶電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀,從發(fā)展規(guī)模,科研水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)等角度介紹重慶市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)前的水平;第四部分從電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)度、拉動(dòng)力、對(duì)重慶工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的彈性測(cè)度、對(duì)重慶工業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)貢獻(xiàn)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,通過(guò)計(jì)算得到的數(shù)據(jù),都可以看到電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)無(wú)論是在貢獻(xiàn)度、拉動(dòng)力上都對(duì)重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了較大的貢獻(xiàn),而也促進(jìn)了重慶工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),通過(guò)對(duì)重慶電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)、工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力效率、工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)以及工業(yè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的優(yōu)化升級(jí)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,可以看到電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)也明顯改善了重慶市工業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),調(diào)整合并了投入產(chǎn)出表,對(duì)重慶電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的前后關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了分析并計(jì)算了其關(guān)聯(lián)程度,從電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)各部門(mén)的角度了解到重慶電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)各部門(mén)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。重慶市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的總效應(yīng)明顯,一方面,電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的推動(dòng)作用明顯,另一方面,電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)需要制造業(yè)提供大量的原材料、零配件等,也為很多關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),有效推動(dòng)更多產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的提升和發(fā)展的加速。在調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)方式的過(guò)程中,充分發(fā)揮電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)作為支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè)依賴(lài)程度高和推動(dòng)力強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),合理投入資金、技術(shù)、人才等資源。第五章依據(jù)研究結(jié)果,指明了未來(lái)重慶市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,第一要制定相關(guān)政策,支持電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,第二要加強(qiáng)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力,完善電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,第三要強(qiáng)化電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng),提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,第四要推動(dòng)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展,促進(jìn)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),最后明確規(guī)模、分工的集群建設(shè),加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Electronic information industry is the pillar industry of national economy, which is closely related to people's life. While the global economy continues to slump and domestic growth slows, the electronics and information industry continues to grow at a faster pace. By innovating the "vertical integration" organization model and continuously aggregating the industrial chain, the electronic and information industry has for the first time become the first pillar industry, reversing the "one industry dominance" situation of the traditional automobile and motorcycle industry and pulling the rapid economic growth of Chongqing. Led to the gradual improvement of related industries. In the first part of this paper, the author first defines the electronic information industry in Chongqing as the research object, introduces the current situation of the electronic information industry at home and abroad, and clarifies the significance of the research. This paper collects and collates the analysis methods and conclusions of the research on electronic information industry at home and abroad, summarizes the basic theories related to the contribution of electronic information industry to economic growth, and introduces the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second part makes a clear definition of electronic information industry, classifies its products according to the development characteristics of Chongqing's electronic information industry, and introduces the development theory and input-output method of electronic industry. The third part comprehensively analyzes the development course and present situation of Chongqing's electronic information industry, and introduces the current level of Chongqing's electronic information industry from the perspective of development scale, scientific research level and industrial park. The fourth part makes an empirical analysis on the contribution of electronic information industry to Chongqing's economy, the driving force, the elasticity measure of Chongqing's industrial economic growth, and the contribution of Chongqing's industrial internal structure upgrading. It can be seen that the electronic information industry has made great contributions to the economic development of Chongqing, both in terms of its contribution and pull power, and has also promoted the growth of Chongqing's industrial economy. Based on the empirical analysis of the relationship between the development of electronic and information industry in Chongqing and the technological structure of industrial industry, the efficiency of labor force in industrial industry, the structure of industrial capital and the optimization and upgrading of industrial circular economy level, It can be seen that the electronic information industry has also obviously improved the internal structure of Chongqing's industry, adjusted and merged the input-output table, analyzed the related industries before and after Chongqing's electronic information industry, and calculated its correlation degree. From the point of view of various departments of electronic information industry, the influence of various departments of electronic information industry on economy in Chongqing is understood. The total effect of the electronic information industry on the economy in Chongqing is obvious. On the one hand, the electronic information industry has an obvious role in promoting economic growth. On the other hand, the electronic information industry needs the manufacturing industry to provide a large number of raw materials, spare parts, etc. It also provides products and services for many affiliated enterprises, effectively promoting the efficiency of more industries and accelerating the development. In the process of adjusting the structure and changing the mode, the electronic information industry should give full play to the advantages of the high degree of dependence and strong driving force of the electronic information industry as a pillar industry, and reasonably invest resources such as capital, technology, talents and so on. The fifth chapter, based on the research results, points out the direction of the future development of Chongqing's electronic information industry. First, we should formulate relevant policies to support the development of the electronic information industry, and secondly, we should strengthen the supporting capacity of the electronic information industry. To perfect the electronic information industry chain, the third is to strengthen the correlation effect between the electronic information industry and other industries, to enhance the competitiveness of the industry, the fourth is to promote the green development of the electronic information industry, to promote the circular economy, and finally to define the scale. Division of labor cluster construction, strengthen the construction of industrial parks.
