【摘要】：基于1960—2014年聯(lián)合國糧食及農(nóng)業(yè)組織數(shù)據(jù),對比分析中美兩國西瓜甜瓜總產(chǎn)量、種植面積、單產(chǎn)、人均占有量、貿(mào)易情況等,得出如下結論:世界西瓜甜瓜的種植面積緩慢增長甚至出現(xiàn)小幅減少,但由于技術的進步,單產(chǎn)和總產(chǎn)量水平仍會持續(xù)增長;美國西瓜甜瓜人均占有量不斷下降,中國西瓜人均占有量不斷增長,消費量趨于穩(wěn)定;美國的凈進口量不斷增加,占美國國內總供給量的比重越來越大;中國西瓜甜瓜自給率始終維持非常高的水平;美國消費量并沒有隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和收入增加而出現(xiàn)明顯增加現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) from 1960 to 2014, the total yield, planting area, yield per unit, per capita possession and trade situation of watermelon and melon in China and the United States were compared and analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: the planting area of watermelon melons in the world is increasing slowly or even slightly, but due to the progress of technology, the yield per unit yield and total yield will continue to increase, and the per capita share of watermelon melons in the United States will continue to decline. The per capita possession of watermelon in China is increasing, the consumption of watermelon tends to be stable, the net import of the United States is increasing, and the proportion of the total supply in the United States is increasing, and the self-sufficiency rate of Chinese watermelon has always maintained a very high level. U. S. consumption has not increased significantly with economic growth and income growth.
