【摘要】：文章以"工匠精神"的內涵實質為出發(fā)點,分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代背景下在新聞出版工作中積極倡導"工匠精神"的必要性,以及當前在談論"工匠精神"時的四個誤區(qū),進而從堅持正確導向、打造精品力作、確保出版質量和完善激勵機制四個方面,對"工匠精神"在推動出版價值重塑中的顯示路徑展開思考。
[Abstract]:Based on the essence of "craftsman's spirit", this paper analyzes the necessity of actively advocating "craftsman's spirit" in the press and publishing work under the background of Internet age, and four misunderstandings when talking about "craftsman's spirit" at present. Then, from four aspects of sticking to the correct guidance, creating the best works, ensuring the quality of publication and perfecting the incentive mechanism, the author thinks about the display path of "artisans' spirit" in promoting the remolding of publishing value.
