【摘要】：新常態(tài)視角下,戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)承擔著引領創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展的重要使命。面對新常態(tài)條件下,戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)在創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展過程中存在的經(jīng)費投入支持不足、產(chǎn)業(yè)配套體系不完善、產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局不合理以及自主創(chuàng)新水平不高的問題,必須依靠創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展搭建政產(chǎn)學研用的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺,強化自主創(chuàng)新、原始創(chuàng)新和集成創(chuàng)新能力、整合產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展、構建利于創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展的政策和體制。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the new normal, strategic emerging industries assume the important mission of leading innovation-driven development. Facing the new normal condition, there are some problems in the process of innovation-driven development of strategic emerging industries, such as insufficient financial support, imperfect supporting system of industry, unreasonable layout of industrial space and low level of independent innovation. We must rely on innovation-driven development to build a cooperative innovation platform for politics, industry, education and research, strengthen independent innovation, original innovation and integrated innovation ability, integrate the development of industrial clusters, and construct policies and systems conducive to innovation-driven development.
