結(jié)構(gòu)洞文化異質(zhì)性對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群信息傳播的影響研究

【摘要】:市場(chǎng)中同類企業(yè)相互合作,地域上逐漸集中在一起;處于供應(yīng)鏈不同階段的企業(yè)在縱向上產(chǎn)生溝通和交流,企業(yè)不斷聚攏,因此,這兩種類型的企業(yè)群共同形成了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。目前,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的內(nèi)部凝聚力和外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為學(xué)者研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的重要課題。本文認(rèn)為,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升離不開集群內(nèi)企業(yè)間信息共享、交流合作。在大數(shù)據(jù)逐漸成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的時(shí)代,信息成為一種產(chǎn)生效益的資源,有效的信息溝通和知識(shí)共享成為不同產(chǎn)業(yè)集群間及集群內(nèi)部企業(yè)間提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展離不開供應(yīng)鏈的相互作用。在產(chǎn)業(yè)的價(jià)值鏈形成和發(fā)展中,各個(gè)企業(yè)針對(duì)自身具備的不同的人才、信息、市場(chǎng)、要素稟賦等,從自身實(shí)際優(yōu)勢(shì)考慮,制定適合自身的戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢(shì),將自身定位于企業(yè)間整體合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,并由此產(chǎn)生了眾多的不同領(lǐng)域的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)。由于供應(yīng)鏈在信息流等方面的完善和進(jìn)步,集群內(nèi)企業(yè)間的交流與合作更加頻繁,反過來也促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的繁榮。本文在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已有文獻(xiàn)的研究成果上,將集群內(nèi)部細(xì)分為凝聚子群。這些凝聚子群由同類企業(yè)或不同供應(yīng)鏈組成。不同的子群在合作交流中逐漸產(chǎn)生負(fù)責(zé)連接凝聚子群的結(jié)構(gòu)洞。結(jié)構(gòu)洞往往是子群中的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)或代表企業(yè)的個(gè)體。由于處于連接不同子群的“橋梁“地位,結(jié)構(gòu)洞往往掌握著不同群中的信息,并通過控制或利用有價(jià)值的信息進(jìn)行謀利活動(dòng)。本文將從結(jié)構(gòu)洞入手,研究結(jié)構(gòu)洞在傳播信息時(shí)受到哪些因素的影響,并討論如何利用結(jié)構(gòu)洞來促進(jìn)凝聚子群信息共享和知識(shí)創(chuàng)新,以此推動(dòng)供應(yīng)鏈上下游企業(yè)的信息合作,最終增強(qiáng)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的凝聚力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。以理論、模型、實(shí)證的順序,全文共分為五個(gè)方面。第一部分為研究?jī)?nèi)容、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等,從全局上對(duì)研究問題進(jìn)行描述;第二部分梳理了與研究?jī)?nèi)容有關(guān)的理論文獻(xiàn),為本文研究提供理論支持;第三部分采用博弈模型解釋產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)信息傳播的決策過程,并提出了傳播決策受到不同因素的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上具體細(xì)分了信息傳播的影響因素,構(gòu)建概念模型,以文獻(xiàn)為依據(jù)提出假設(shè);第四部分為實(shí)證分析,分析假設(shè)驗(yàn)證情況,并對(duì)實(shí)證部分進(jìn)行總結(jié);第五部分提出對(duì)策建議,并討論了未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In the market, the same kind of enterprises cooperate with each other, and gradually gather together geographically; the enterprises in the different stages of supply chain communicate and communicate vertically, and the enterprises gather together continuously. Therefore, these two types of enterprise clusters form industrial clusters together. At present, improving the internal cohesion and external competitiveness of industrial clusters has become an important topic for scholars to study industrial clusters. This paper argues that the competitiveness of industrial clusters can not be enhanced without information sharing and communication and cooperation among enterprises in clusters. In the era when big data has gradually become the competitive advantage of enterprises, information has become a beneficial resource, and effective information communication and knowledge sharing have become the key to enhance competitiveness among different industrial clusters and among enterprises within clusters. The development of industrial cluster can not be separated from the interaction of supply chain. In the formation and development of the industrial value chain, each enterprise, in view of its own different talents, information, market, factor endowment and so on, takes into account its own actual advantages, and formulates its own strategic advantages. Positioning itself in the overall cooperation network among enterprises, and resulting in many different areas of supply chain systems and industrial cluster networks. Due to the improvement and progress of supply chain in information flow, the communication and cooperation among enterprises in the cluster become more frequent, which in turn promotes the prosperity of industrial clusters. In this paper, industrial clusters are subdivided into condensed subgroups. These coacervation subgroups are composed of similar enterprises or different supply chains. Different subgroups gradually produce structural holes responsible for connecting condensed subgroups in cooperative communication. The structure hole is often a nodal enterprise in a subgroup or an individual representing a business. Because of being in the position of "bridge" connecting different subgroups, structural holes often hold information in different groups and make profit by controlling or utilizing valuable information. Starting with the structure hole, this paper will study the factors that affect the structure hole in spreading information, and discuss how to make use of the structure hole to promote the information sharing and knowledge innovation of the condensed subgroup, so as to promote the information cooperation of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain. Finally, enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of China's industrial clusters. In the order of theory, model and demonstration, the paper is divided into five aspects. The first part is the research content, the innovation point and so on, carries on the description to the research question from the overall situation, the second part combs the theory literature which relates to the research content, provides the theory support for this article research; The third part uses the game model to explain the decision-making process of information communication in industrial cluster, and puts forward that the communication decision is affected by different factors. On this basis, it subdivides the influence factors of information communication, and constructs the conceptual model. The fourth part is empirical analysis, analyzes the hypothesis verification, and summarizes the empirical part; the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, and discusses the future research direction.
