【摘要】：城市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園是我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮發(fā)展的重要表現(xiàn)之一,是我國當前城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化進程中關(guān)鍵的一環(huán),其建設(shè)發(fā)展要充分考慮所在城市或地區(qū)以及周邊社區(qū)產(chǎn)生的輻射影響和創(chuàng)意溢出作用。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園既是一個經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng),又是社會系統(tǒng)的一個分子,嵌入于特定的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)當中。本文以城市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的嵌入性為主要研究內(nèi)容,重點分析不同發(fā)展階段文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的嵌入性,以及嵌入性對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的影響。文章從經(jīng)濟地理學對嵌入性的再定義出發(fā),在廣泛閱讀嵌入性相關(guān)研究文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)的梳理了從嵌入性視角出發(fā)的關(guān)于文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的相關(guān)研究�；诮�(jīng)濟地理學中嵌入性理論對泉州源和1916文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園進行案例分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展過程中,除了專業(yè)分工、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟、范圍經(jīng)濟等經(jīng)濟因素外,社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)、文化、制度等社會因素也起到了非常關(guān)鍵的作用。通過對源和1916文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展階段進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在園區(qū)萌芽階段,少數(shù)具有冒險創(chuàng)新精神的“領(lǐng)頭羊”企業(yè)以及由其所組成的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)對園區(qū)的發(fā)展起到了重要作用;在園區(qū)發(fā)展的成長階段,由于園區(qū)企業(yè)迅速增加,成熟的創(chuàng)新環(huán)境形成,由此形成園區(qū)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò);在園區(qū)發(fā)展進入瓶頸階段后,由于政府干預等多方面原因,園區(qū)內(nèi)的創(chuàng)新環(huán)境出現(xiàn)僵化,而面對外部環(huán)境的挑戰(zhàn),園區(qū)必須突破地域限制,建立與外界的溝通管道,實現(xiàn)文化的融合與園區(qū)的競爭優(yōu)勢。在案例研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出嵌入性視角下城市文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園演化機理以及產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The city cultural creative industry park is one of the most important manifestations of the prosperity and development of the cultural industry in our country. It is also a key link in the process of the adjustment and optimization of the urban industrial structure in our country. Its construction and development should fully consider the radiation impact and creative spillover effect of the city or region and surrounding communities. Cultural and creative industrial park is not only an economic system, but also a member of social system, embedded in a specific social network. This paper focuses on the embeddedness of cultural and creative industrial parks in different stages of development and the influence of embeddedness on cultural and creative industrial parks. Based on the redefinition of embeddedness in economic geography and on the basis of extensive reading of the literature on embeddedness, this paper systematically combs the related research on cultural and creative industrial parks from the perspective of embeddedness. Based on the theory of embeddedness in economic geography, the case study of Quanzhou Yuan and 1916 Cultural and Creative Industry Park is carried out. It is found that in the process of the development of cultural and creative industry park, besides the economic factors such as specialization, scale economy and scope economy, social factors such as social network, culture, system and so on also play a very important role. Through the analysis of the development stage of Yuanhe 1916 Cultural and Creative Industry Park, it is found that in the budding stage of the park, a few "leading" enterprises with the spirit of adventure and innovation and the social network formed by them play an important role in the development of the park. In the growing stage of the park development, due to the rapid growth of the park enterprises and the formation of a mature innovation environment, the park innovation network is formed. After the park development enters the bottleneck stage, due to government intervention and other reasons, The innovation environment in the park is rigid, but in the face of the challenge of the external environment, the park must break through the limitation of the region, establish the channel of communication with the outside world, and realize the integration of culture and the competitive advantage of the park. On the basis of case study, this paper puts forward the evolution mechanism of urban cultural and creative industrial park and policy suggestions on the development of industrial park from the perspective of embeddedness.
