【摘要】：汽車產業(yè)已經成為當今泰國十分重要的支柱產業(yè)之一,現(xiàn)在還位居東南亞生產汽車國家的首位。2013年和2014年在泰國汽車市場上生產量和市場份額最多的外商是日本,日本跨國汽車公司在泰國汽車市場的份額高達89%,歐洲和美國跨國汽車公司只占泰國市場份額的小部分,而泰國的民族汽車生產量卻很少,對整個泰國汽車產業(yè)的影響力很微弱。本文以泰國50年多的汽車產業(yè)為背景,來介紹泰國汽車產業(yè)概況,如；外商在泰國汽車產業(yè)投資回顧、泰國汽車產業(yè)現(xiàn)況和外商在泰國汽車產業(yè)的地位。運用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法和比較分析的方式,研究泰國汽車產業(yè)外商投資。本文把外商分為三大類別,即；日本跨國汽車公司、美國跨國汽車公司和歐洲跨國汽車公司,研究日本、美國和歐洲跨國公司在泰國汽車產業(yè)不同的投資特點,分析三大外商如何在泰國發(fā)展汽車產業(yè),如何在泰國建立生產基地,分析外商在泰國的汽車產業(yè)投資影響因素與發(fā)展趨勢,從而提出外商在泰國的汽車產業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并對此也提出了建議,主要有如何創(chuàng)造更好的投資環(huán)境,如何吸引并留住在泰國汽車產業(yè)投資的外商,并且通過利用外商的資金、技術、管理經驗等資源,如何逐步促進泰國的民族汽車產業(yè)崛起,這些對于推動泰國的汽車產業(yè)和國家經濟的發(fā)展都有著重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry has become one of the most important pillar industries in Thailand today, and is now the top automobile producing country in Southeast Asia. In 2013 and 2014, the largest foreign investors in the Thai auto market were Japan. The share of Japanese multinational automobile companies in the Thai auto market is as high as 89%, while European and American multinational automobile companies account for only a small part of Thailand's market share, while Thailand's national automobile production is very small, and its influence on the whole Thai auto industry is very weak. Based on the automobile industry of Thailand for more than 50 years, this paper introduces the general situation of Thailand's automobile industry, such as the review of foreign investment in Thailand's automobile industry, the present situation of Thai automobile industry and the status of foreign businessmen in Thailand's automobile industry. Using the method of data statistics and comparative analysis, this paper studies foreign investment in automobile industry in Thailand. In this paper, foreign companies are divided into three categories, namely, Japanese multinational Automobile Company, American multinational Automobile Company and European multinational Automobile Company. The paper studies the different investment characteristics of Japanese, American and European multinational corporations in Thailand's automobile industry. This paper analyzes how the three major foreign businessmen develop the automobile industry in Thailand, how to establish a production base in Thailand, and analyzes the influencing factors and development trends of foreign investment in Thailand's automobile industry. Thus, the problems existing in the development of the automobile industry of Thailand are put forward, and some suggestions are put forward, such as how to create a better investment environment and how to attract and retain foreign investors who invest in the Thai automobile industry. And how to promote the rise of Thailand's national automobile industry by using foreign capital, technology, management experience and other resources is of great strategic significance for the promotion of Thailand's auto industry and the development of the national economy.
