【摘要】：通過我國四大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域2006—2015年面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用工具變量法實證分析了區(qū)域金融化水平提升對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的影響,以及存在不同程度地方政府干預(yù)金融業(yè)行為時,這種影響是否存在顯著差異。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)區(qū)域金融化水平提升對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級有顯著促進(jìn)作用,且欠發(fā)達(dá)相較于發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)邊際貢獻(xiàn)效應(yīng)更大。(2)地方政府干預(yù)屬地金融業(yè)運(yùn)行導(dǎo)致金融功能抑制與市場化配置機(jī)制扭曲,削弱了對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的促進(jìn)作用,且財政收支壓力越大的地區(qū)負(fù)面影響越嚴(yán)重。因此,要建立金融化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的良性循環(huán)機(jī)制,其核心在于加快區(qū)域金融市場化改革進(jìn)程,將財政體制改革納入同一分析框架,實現(xiàn)與區(qū)域金融化演進(jìn)的協(xié)調(diào)有序推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data from 2006 to 2015 in four major economic regions of China, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the upgrading of regional financial level on the upgrading of industrial structure by means of the instrumental variable method, and the existence of different degrees of local government intervention in the financial sector. Whether there is a significant difference in this effect. The study found that the upgrading of regional financialization level has a significant role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. Compared with the less developed areas, the marginal contribution effect of the less developed areas is greater than that of the less developed regions. The local governments' intervention in the operation of the territorial financial sector leads to the suppression of financial function and the distortion of the market-oriented allocation mechanism, which weakens the promotion of the upgrading of the industrial structure. And the greater the pressure of fiscal revenue and expenditure, the more serious the negative impact. Therefore, to establish a benign cycle mechanism of financialization and industrial structure upgrading, its core lies in speeding up the process of regional financial marketization reform, bringing the financial system reform into the same analytical framework, and realizing the coordinated and orderly promotion of the evolution of regional finance.
