【摘要】：小微企業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ),在轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、促進就業(yè)、保障社會穩(wěn)定等方面具有舉足輕重的作用,國家統(tǒng)計局定期對小微企業(yè)進行調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計,隨時掌握企業(yè)的經(jīng)營狀況和發(fā)展情況,相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)對國家制定經(jīng)濟政策具有重要作用。但是在現(xiàn)實情況中,因為小微企業(yè)的員工有業(yè)務(wù)生,上報難度大;審核少,數(shù)據(jù)把控不到位;普法弱,統(tǒng)計意識不強等諸多困難與問題,只有將頂層設(shè)計與基層落實相結(jié)合才能促進小微企業(yè)調(diào)查順利開展。
[Abstract]:Small and micro enterprises play an important role in transforming the mode of economic development, optimizing the upgrading of industrial structure, promoting employment and ensuring social stability. The National Bureau of Statistics regularly surveys and statistics small and micro enterprises, and keeps abreast of the business situation and development of the enterprises at any time. The relevant data play an important role in the formulation of national economic policies. However, in reality, because the employees of small and micro enterprises have business students, it is very difficult to report; there are fewer audits and data controls are not in place; there are many difficulties and problems, such as weak law popularization, weak statistical awareness, and so on. Only by combining top-level design with grass-roots implementation can small-and-micro-enterprise investigations be carried out smoothly.
