中國電子商務網絡零售產業(yè)演進、競爭態(tài)勢及發(fā)展趨勢

【摘要】:中國電子商務網絡零售經歷了二十年左右的發(fā)展歷程,期間獲得"爆炸式"增長,呈現(xiàn)出不斷進化、擴展、豐富的生態(tài)演進過程,總體可分為萌芽期、興起期、爆發(fā)期、整合期四個階段。當前,網絡零售已擺脫超高速增長而逐漸邁入穩(wěn)定增長時期,其競爭態(tài)勢也已形成"兩超多強"的格局,商家對消費者(B2C)綜合電商平臺、單(窄)品類服務深化電商平臺、社區(qū)線上線下融合(O2O)平臺是業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展的三大趨勢。行業(yè)縱橫整合、協(xié)同發(fā)展是電商競爭的基本態(tài)勢,而品質化、便利化、定制化服務是電商迎合消費需求的重要趨勢。結合網絡零售的特征及發(fā)展現(xiàn)實,要進一步完善法律法規(guī)體系,構建良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境;加強信息傳遞機制建設,完善信用體系;加大電商扶持引導力度,規(guī)范競爭秩序;鼓勵協(xié)同發(fā)展,完善產業(yè)生態(tài)體系。
[Abstract]:E-commerce network retail in China has experienced a development course of about 20 years, during which it has gained "explosive" growth, showing a process of continuous evolution, expansion and rich ecological evolution, which can be divided into budding period, rising period and explosive period. Four stages of integration. At present, network retailing has gradually entered a period of steady growth away from super-fast growth, and its competitive situation has also formed a pattern of "two super and more powerful". Merchants have integrated e-commerce platforms for consumers, and single (narrow) category services have deepened e-commerce platforms. The integration of O _ 2 O _ 2 platform between online and offline community is the three major trends in the development of business. Industry integration and coordinated development is the basic trend of e-commerce competition, while quality, facilitation and customized services are important trends for e-commerce to meet consumer demand. According to the characteristics and development reality of network retailing, it is necessary to further improve the system of laws and regulations, build a good development environment, strengthen the construction of information transmission mechanism, perfect the credit system, strengthen the support and guidance of e-commerce, and standardize the competition order. We will encourage coordinated development and improve the industrial ecological system.
