物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)制造業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的影響機(jī)理研究——基于空間杜賓模型

【摘要】:本文利用2006~2015年我國30個(gè)省份(西藏除外)的面板數(shù)據(jù),基于空間杜賓模型分析物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)我國制造業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的作用及空間溢出效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、物流勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、外商直接投資、交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、地方政府投資等影響因素的直接效應(yīng)與間接效應(yīng)的方向與顯著性均存在差異性。從總效應(yīng)來看,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與地方財(cái)政支出均顯著為正,是制造業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率提升的重要源泉。外商直接投資顯著為負(fù),一定程度上抑制我國制造業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的提高。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 30 provinces (except Tibet) from 2006 to 2015, this paper analyzes the effect of logistics industry agglomeration on the labor productivity of China's manufacturing industry and its spatial spillover effect based on the spatial Doberbin model. The results show that there are differences in the direction and significance of the direct and indirect effects of the factors such as logistics industry agglomeration, logistics labor productivity, foreign direct investment, transportation infrastructure, local government investment and so on. From the total effect, the logistics industry agglomeration and the local financial expenditure are both significantly positive, which is an important source of the improvement of manufacturing labor productivity. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is significantly negative, to a certain extent, restrain the increase of labor productivity in China's manufacturing industry.
