【摘要】：臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)是一種以機(jī)場設(shè)施資源為基礎(chǔ),依托其強(qiáng)大的要素聚集能力來帶動(dòng)周邊地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的新城模式。本論文以昆明長水機(jī)場臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的規(guī)劃為研究對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)梳理了與臨空地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和空間規(guī)劃相關(guān)的理論,對(duì)新加坡樟宜、上海浦東等國內(nèi)外典型臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)實(shí)踐的做法進(jìn)行了深入研究;在理論和案例研究基礎(chǔ)上,分析長水臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)規(guī)劃的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及合理性,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)臨空地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與空間規(guī)劃的互動(dòng)關(guān)系做出歸納。在具體研究中,論文采取了對(duì)比實(shí)證的研究方法。首先,通過將理論與典型案例的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,證明二者的借鑒價(jià)值;其次,結(jié)合長水臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的規(guī)劃實(shí)踐,研究該實(shí)踐在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和空間規(guī)劃兩方面的做法,并對(duì)實(shí)踐的合理性做出評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)價(jià)方法是,通過對(duì)理論條件下產(chǎn)業(yè)、空間發(fā)展態(tài)勢的模擬,進(jìn)而與實(shí)踐情況對(duì)比,分析理論與實(shí)踐間存在的矛盾是否合理及規(guī)劃是否針對(duì)矛盾做出了回應(yīng);再次,在實(shí)證研究基礎(chǔ)上,探討臨空地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與空間規(guī)劃的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。最后,論文將總結(jié)長水臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)其今后發(fā)展做出思考�；趯�(shí)證研究成果,為其他地區(qū)的實(shí)踐提出指導(dǎo)建議并嘗試對(duì)現(xiàn)有理論模型做出深化。
[Abstract]:Air-front economic zone is a new city model based on airport facilities resources and relying on its strong ability of gathering elements to drive the industrialization development of surrounding areas. Taking the planning of Kunming Changshui Airport Airfront Economic Zone as the research object, this paper systematically combs the theories related to the industrial development and spatial planning of the airport area, which is Changyi to Singapore. On the basis of theoretical and case studies, this paper analyzes the experience and rationality of the planning of the long-water air-facing economic zone, including Shanghai Pudong and other typical air-front economic zones at home and abroad. Furthermore, the interactive relationship between industrial development and spatial planning is summarized. In the specific research, the paper adopts comparative empirical research methods. First of all, by comparing the theory with the experience of typical cases, the paper proves the value of reference of the two methods. Secondly, combining the planning practice of the long-water and air-facing economic zone, the paper studies the practice of this practice in both industrial development and spatial planning. And the rationality of practice is evaluated. The evaluation method is to simulate the industrial and spatial development situation under the theoretical conditions, and then compare with the practical situation. This paper analyzes whether the contradiction between theory and practice is reasonable and whether the plan responds to the contradiction. Thirdly, on the basis of empirical research, this paper discusses the interactive relationship between industrial development and spatial planning in the empty area. Finally, the paper will sum up the planning experience of Changshui Airport Economic Zone and think about its development in the future. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the practice of other regions and tries to deepen the existing theoretical models.
