【摘要】：[目的]農村產業(yè)融合發(fā)展是打造新農業(yè)農村經濟增長極的重要載體,是構建藍綠交織、清新明亮、產業(yè)共融的田園綜合體的有效途徑,對于促進農民增收、農業(yè)增效、農村增綠具有重要意義。[方法]文章根據統(tǒng)計數據,通過定性分析的方法,對我國農村產業(yè)融合發(fā)展意義、現狀、機遇及制約因素進行了深入研究。[結果]當前我國農村產業(yè)融合發(fā)展初見成效,發(fā)展模式日益多樣化、經營主體逐步多元化、利益聯(lián)結機制不斷健全。新形勢下,我國農村產業(yè)融合發(fā)展的制度環(huán)境更加優(yōu)越、物質基礎更加雄厚、市場空間更加廣闊、內生動力更加強勁。但是,我國農村產業(yè)融合還處于起步階段,農村產業(yè)融合層次淺、新型農業(yè)經營主體帶動能力弱、利益聯(lián)結機制松散、要素瓶頸制約尚未打破、基礎設施建設滯后等問題比較突出。[結論]提出應從加強頂層設計、完善產業(yè)融合模式、強化新型農業(yè)經營主體的帶動能力、健全利益聯(lián)結機制、激發(fā)多種要素、加強基礎設施建設等方面搭建農村產業(yè)融合發(fā)展平臺,促進農村產業(yè)融合發(fā)展駛入"時代高鐵"。
[Abstract]:[objective] the integration and development of rural industries is an important carrier to create a new agricultural economic growth pole in rural areas, and an effective way to build a rural complex of blue and green, fresh and bright, and industrial integration, which can promote farmers' income and increase agricultural efficiency. Increasing green in rural areas is of great significance. [methods] based on the statistical data and qualitative analysis, the significance, present situation, opportunities and restrictive factors of rural industrial convergence in China are studied. Results: at present, the integration of rural industries in China has achieved initial results, the development model has become more and more diversified, the main body of management has gradually diversified, and the mechanism of interest association has been continuously improved. Under the new situation, the institutional environment of rural industry integration and development in China is more superior, the material base is more abundant, the market space is wider, and the endogenous power is stronger. However, the integration of rural industries in China is still in its infancy. The level of integration of rural industries is shallow, the driving capacity of new agricultural operators is weak, the mechanism of interest coupling is loose, and the bottleneck constraints of elements have not been broken. The infrastructure construction lags behind and so on the question is quite prominent. [conclusion] it is suggested that we should strengthen the top-level design, perfect the mode of industrial convergence, strengthen the driving ability of the new agricultural management subject, perfect the mechanism of interest association, and stimulate various factors. Strengthen the infrastructure construction and build the development platform of rural industrial convergence, promote the development of rural industrial integration into the "era of high-speed rail."
