【摘要】：情境主義在城市發(fā)展的過(guò)程當(dāng)中越來(lái)越顯得尤為重要,如何更加合情合理的改善老城的環(huán)境,提升市民的生活品質(zhì),已經(jīng)成為了時(shí)下大熱的話題之一。從民眾的日常生活出發(fā),發(fā)現(xiàn)民造的智慧,總結(jié)和整理居民千百年來(lái)所形成的生活邏輯,然后在城市更新,包括新城建設(shè)當(dāng)中,以人為本,自下而上從使用者的角度出發(fā),已經(jīng)成為了設(shè)計(jì)師和相關(guān)學(xué)者們的共識(shí)。本文研究的課題風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)在廈門沿海區(qū)域生存了百年的歷史,可以說(shuō)已經(jīng)成為了舊城生活的一部分,對(duì)生活在營(yíng)平的居民產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)可以定義為一種在自發(fā)空間自組織形成的非正規(guī)性行為。我們要研究和了解老城人自身的生活邏輯,就不能忽視風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)這種老城中客觀存在的特殊業(yè)態(tài)。本文首先對(duì)于風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)在城市空間當(dāng)中的分布進(jìn)行了整理和歸納,再進(jìn)一步對(duì)廈門歷史脈絡(luò)當(dāng)中,風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間變化進(jìn)行梳理。同時(shí)深入描述在整個(gè)歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程下,營(yíng)平片區(qū)的業(yè)態(tài)更迭及風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的變化。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)的行為、形態(tài)和業(yè)態(tài)三個(gè)方面的描述,整理并歸納出了風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)在舊城當(dāng)中的行為邏輯、形態(tài)特征和業(yè)態(tài)變化。再分別對(duì)風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)時(shí)間和空間兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了具體描述之后,本文分析了多重環(huán)境因素與風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)性。任何事物都不是孤立存在的,空間環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境和城市生活與風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)之間彼此影響共同作用,才成就了今天我們所看到的營(yíng)平現(xiàn)狀。在文章的最后,筆者希望能夠通過(guò)本文的研究,啟發(fā)和推動(dòng)相關(guān)學(xué)者對(duì)于城市日常生活和風(fēng)俗產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的研究。也希望借助本文能夠?yàn)闋I(yíng)平片區(qū)的舊城更新提供幫助與參考。
[Abstract]:The situation is becoming more and more important in the process of urban development. How to improve the environment of the old city and improve the quality of life of the citizens has become one of the hot topics. From the daily life of the people, the wisdom of the people's creation is found and the life logic formed by the residents for thousands of years is summarized and arranged. And then in urban renewal, including the construction of the new town, people based, from bottom to top, has become the consensus of designers and relevant scholars. This paper studies the topic of custom industry has been in the coastal area of Xiamen for a hundred years, can be said to have become a part of the old city life, to life. The custom industry can be defined as a kind of informal sex in the spontaneous space and self-organization. We should study and understand the life logic of the old city people themselves, and we can not ignore the special forms that exist in the old city, which is the custom industry. The distribution has been arranged and summarized, and then the spatial changes of the custom industry in the historical context of Xiamen are combed. At the same time, the changes in the format and the custom of the custom industry are described in depth under the course of the whole historical development. Secondly, the three aspects of the behavior, form and format of the wind industry are described. This paper collects and sums up the behavior logic, morphological features and changes of the custom industry in the old city. After describing the two aspects of the time and space of the custom industry, this paper analyzes the relationship between the multiple environmental factors and the custom industry. In the end of this article, I hope to inspire and promote the research of the relevant scholars on the daily life and the custom industry of the city. City updates provide help and reference.
