【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,單一依靠工業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)張的企業(yè)增長模式即將消亡,我國產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的任務(wù)迫在眉睫。隨著能源市場需求及能源產(chǎn)業(yè)投入的不斷擴(kuò)大,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、能源技術(shù)等科技的不斷成熟,我國能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形勢逐漸明朗。當(dāng)下,智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略已上升為國家戰(zhàn)略。泰豪是一家科技型企業(yè),如何把握當(dāng)下政府大力支持智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的契機,不斷提升企業(yè)在智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心競爭力,促進(jìn)企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展是泰豪亟需解決的重點問題。本文以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為基礎(chǔ),運用戰(zhàn)略分析工具,對泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上對泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了完善。本文首先闡述了泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究背景及意義,指出了泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的研究工具與研究創(chuàng)新點;其次對泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的外部環(huán)境及內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行了分析,依據(jù)SWOT分析的結(jié)果對泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了建議,通過對泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的商業(yè)模式九要素的分析結(jié)果,對泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了完善;為確保泰豪智慧能源產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的有序推進(jìn),提出了加強戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、強化內(nèi)部資源整合、推動技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、加大市場開發(fā)力度四項戰(zhàn)略保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since 21 ~ (st) century, the enterprise growth model which depends on the expansion of industrial scale is dying out, and the task of industrial transformation and upgrading is urgent. With the continuous expansion of energy market demand and energy industry investment, the technology of Internet of things, energy technology, etc., the situation of energy industry development in China is gradually clear. At present, the intelligent energy industry strategy has risen to the national strategy. Taihao is a science and technology enterprise. How to grasp the opportunity for the government to vigorously support the development of the intelligent energy industry and constantly enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the intelligent energy industry? To promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises is a key issue that Taichao urgently needs to solve. Based on the theory of strategic management and using the tools of strategic analysis, this paper studies the development strategy of Taihao's intelligent energy industry, and on the basis of this, consummates the business model of Taihao's intelligent energy industry. This paper firstly expounds the research background and significance of Taihao's intelligent energy industry, points out the research tools and innovation points of Taihao's intelligent energy industry strategy, and then analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of Taihao's intelligent energy industry. According to the results of SWOT analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of Taihao's intelligent energy industry, and consummates the business model of Taihao's intelligent energy industry through the analysis of nine elements of the business model of the development of Taihao's intelligent energy industry. In order to ensure the orderly promotion of Taihao's intelligent energy industry strategy, the paper puts forward four strategic guarantee measures, such as strengthening strategic leadership, strengthening internal resource integration, promoting technological innovation, and increasing the intensity of market development.
