晉江陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)是晉江最具有悠久歷史的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),是五大傳統(tǒng)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,改革開放以來不斷發(fā)展壯大,已具有一定的規(guī)模和效益。但近幾年面對越來越激烈的市場競爭和節(jié)能減排的壓力,產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢不再凸顯,并急于擺脫困境,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新的飛躍。晉江陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方式為粗放型的增長方式,主要表現(xiàn)為“高能耗、高污染、低效益”的特點,在發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品附加值低、產(chǎn)品成本攀升、品牌建設缺失、自主創(chuàng)新能力弱、環(huán)境污染重等問題,這些都將對晉江陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展造成一定的阻礙。晉江陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)面對發(fā)展瓶頸,要獲得優(yōu)化升級和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就要通過產(chǎn)業(yè)的載體建設、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和環(huán)境優(yōu)化,使產(chǎn)業(yè)從產(chǎn)值規(guī)模型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槠焚|(zhì)效益型、從品質(zhì)效益型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槠放苾r值型;谝陨纤,本文首先梳理了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論,對其內(nèi)涵進行界定,并介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。其次,簡要介紹晉江陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)的起步、初級發(fā)展和高速發(fā)展歷程,研究分析產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)多元化、生產(chǎn)方式規(guī)范化、營銷方式多元化等現(xiàn)狀特點,看到晉江陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然在營銷、產(chǎn)品、市場、技術(shù)等方面存在一定的優(yōu)勢,但也面臨著成本快速攀升、無序競爭嚴重、自主品牌缺失、創(chuàng)新能力缺乏、扶持力度偏弱等發(fā)展瓶頸。針對存在的問題,并借鑒其他地區(qū)陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型升級的經(jīng)驗,本著產(chǎn)業(yè)品牌、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、“兩個市場”、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的原則,通過產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)的發(fā)展方式,圍繞節(jié)能減排、創(chuàng)新、做大做強的發(fā)展思路,把全面提高產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益作為目標,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議,要倡導技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、堅持扶優(yōu)扶強、實施品牌人才戰(zhàn)略、推動營銷創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展陶瓷文化和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟,并在政策服務、財政金融、行業(yè)協(xié)會等方面給予一定的保障,進一步推動晉江陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。最后,希望本文提出的對策和建議,能為晉江陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和優(yōu)化升級提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Ceramic industry is the traditional industry with a long history in Jinjiang. It is one of the five traditional pillar industries. Since the reform and opening up, it has been developing continuously and has a certain scale and benefit. But in the face of more and more fierce market competition and pressure of energy saving and emission reduction in recent years, the advantages of industry are no longer prominent, and eager to get rid of the predicament, innovation and development, to achieve a new leap in industrial development. The development mode of Jinjiang ceramic industry is extensive growth mode, which is characterized by "high energy consumption, high pollution, low benefit". In the process of development, the products have low added value, product cost is rising, and brand construction is missing. These problems, such as weak independent innovation ability and heavy environmental pollution, will hinder the sustainable development of Jinjiang ceramic industry. Facing the bottleneck of development, Jinjiang ceramic industry needs to change from output value scale to quality and efficiency through carrier construction, structural adjustment and environmental optimization in order to achieve optimal upgrading and sustainable development. Change from quality benefit type to brand value type. Based on the above, this paper firstly combs the relevant theories of industrial development, defines its connotation, and introduces the industrial development model. Secondly, the paper briefly introduces the starting, primary and high speed development of Jinjiang ceramic industry, studies and analyzes the characteristics of product structure diversification, production mode standardization, marketing mode diversification and so on. We can see that although Jinjiang ceramic industry has some advantages in marketing, product, market, technology and so on, it is also faced with rapid rise in cost, serious disorderly competition, lack of independent brand and lack of innovation ability. Weak support and other development bottlenecks. Aiming at the existing problems, and drawing lessons from the experience of the development and transformation and upgrading of the ceramic industry in other regions, in line with the principles of industrial brand, technological innovation, "two markets" and circular economy, through industrial extension, industrial integration, The mode of development of industrial ecology, focusing on the ideas of energy saving, emission reduction, innovation, becoming bigger and stronger, taking the overall improvement of the quality and efficiency of industrial development as the goal, putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for industrial development, advocating technological innovation, and persisting in strengthening and strengthening the industry, Carrying out the strategy of brand talents, promoting marketing innovation, developing ceramic culture and circular economy, and providing certain guarantee in policy service, finance and finance, industry association, and so on, to further promote the development of Jinjiang ceramics industry. Finally, it is hoped that the countermeasures and suggestions presented in this paper can be used for reference for the sustainable development and optimization and upgrading of Jinjiang ceramic industry.
