【摘要】：近些年來,隨著經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,高校一而再再而三地進行擴招,導致大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題逐漸嚴峻。在激烈的應屆畢業(yè)生就業(yè)競爭中,很多學生由于缺少經(jīng)驗,處于一畢業(yè)就失業(yè)的尷尬境地。因此,高校必須及時的根據(jù)企業(yè)對于人才的需求和就業(yè)形勢大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育模式加以改革和創(chuàng)新,提高核心競爭力,為企業(yè)培養(yǎng)出所需要的人才。本文就是在茶產(chǎn)業(yè)背景下,探究大學生就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)模式的創(chuàng)新策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, colleges and universities expand their enrollment again and again, leading to a serious employment problem for college graduates.In the fierce competition for new graduates' employment, many students are in the awkward position of losing their jobs as soon as they graduate because of their lack of experience.Therefore, colleges and universities must reform and innovate the mode of entrepreneurship education for college students according to the demand for talents and employment situation of enterprises in time, improve the core competitiveness, and train the needed talents for enterprises.Under the background of tea industry, this paper explores the innovative strategies of employment and entrepreneurship education for college students.
