【摘要】：改革開放以來,江西省經濟發(fā)展迅速,其中對外貿易的發(fā)展尤為突出。對外貿易的發(fā)展對經濟的促進作用日益明顯,已經成為江西省經濟發(fā)展的重要方式。但是,經濟快速發(fā)展的背后,卻是高污染、高浪費和低效率的"粗放型"發(fā)展模式,在獲得經濟快速發(fā)展的同時所付出的代價也越來越大。只有在經濟結構合理的條件下,經濟的發(fā)展才能更持久和更具有競爭力。要想經濟結構更合理化,應該轉換經濟發(fā)展方式,需要進一步促進江西省產業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化。本文首先介紹了研究背景和研究意義,對國內外相關的文獻進行了梳理和歸納,介紹了對外貿易結構變化對產業(yè)結構升級產生影響的理論基礎,在此基礎上,總結了作用機理。然后,分析了 1994-2013年江西省對外貿易結構和產業(yè)結構的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者存在的問題。再運用多元線性回歸方程,利用實證分析了江西省對外貿易結構對產業(yè)結構升級的影響。最后,根據(jù)理論分析,現(xiàn)狀分析以及實證分析得出的結果,分別從對外貿易結構和產業(yè)結構兩個角度提出了相對應的對策和建議。理論分析部分,主要從比較優(yōu)勢理論、產品生命周期理論、幼稚工業(yè)保護論、雁行理論和戰(zhàn)略性貿易政策理論分析了對外貿易結構對產業(yè)結構升級的理論依據(jù),在此基礎上總結了作用機理,對外貿易結構主要是通過要素稟賦、需求、技術、國際產業(yè)關聯(lián)效應對產業(yè)結構的升級產生影響。實證分析部分,本文收集了 1994-2013年江西省對外貿易結構和產業(yè)結構的相關數(shù)據(jù),主要有分類產品(本文將對外貿易結構分為資源密集型,勞動密集型,資本、技術密集型三大類產品)進出口額占總進出口額的比重,三次產業(yè)產值占地區(qū)生產總值的比重,江西省年度人口,人均GDP等數(shù)據(jù),運用多元線性方程進行回歸分析,實證結果表明,江西省的出口商品結構推動了產業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化,但是進口結構與產業(yè)結構的變化沒有明顯的相關關系,因此,仍然需要加強對產業(yè)結構和對外貿易結構的優(yōu)化升級。根據(jù)前面章節(jié)的分析,本文最后一部分提出了優(yōu)化江西省產業(yè)結構以及對外貿易結構的對策。具體來說,需要進一步優(yōu)化江西省出口商品的結構,督促江西省出口企業(yè)提高自主創(chuàng)新能力;擴大進口的規(guī)模,積極引進先進的技術;大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農業(yè),推進第一產業(yè)內部的全面發(fā)展;走新型工業(yè)化道路,促進產業(yè)國際競爭力的提高;提升第三產業(yè)的發(fā)展水平,大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Jiangxi Province's economy has developed rapidly, in which the development of foreign trade is particularly prominent.The development of foreign trade plays an increasingly important role in promoting the economy and has become an important way of economic development in Jiangxi Province.However, behind the rapid economic development is the "extensive" development model with high pollution, high waste and low efficiency.Only under the condition of reasonable economic structure, can economic development be more sustainable and competitive.In order to rationalize the economic structure, we should change the mode of economic development and further promote the optimization of industrial structure in Jiangxi Province.This paper first introduces the research background and research significance, combs and summarizes the related literature at home and abroad, and introduces the theoretical basis of the influence of foreign trade structure change on the upgrading of industrial structure. On this basis, it summarizes the mechanism of action.Then, the paper analyzes the present situation of Jiangxi's foreign trade structure and industrial structure from 1994 to 2013, and finds out the problems between them.Then, using the multiple linear regression equation, the paper analyzes the influence of Jiangxi's foreign trade structure on the upgrading of industrial structure.Finally, according to the results of theoretical analysis, current situation analysis and empirical analysis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of foreign trade structure and industrial structure respectively.The theoretical analysis part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of the upgrading of industrial structure by foreign trade structure from comparative advantage theory, product life cycle theory, infant industry protection theory, wild goose travel theory and strategic trade policy theory.On this basis, the mechanism of foreign trade is summarized. The structure of foreign trade affects the upgrading of industrial structure mainly through factor endowment, demand, technology and international industrial correlation effect.In the part of empirical analysis, this paper collects relevant data of foreign trade structure and industrial structure of Jiangxi Province from 1994 to 2013, mainly classified products (this paper divides foreign trade structure into resource-intensive, labor-intensive, capital-intensive, etc.The ratio of import and export to the total import and export value, the proportion of the output value of the three industries to the regional gross domestic product, the annual population of Jiangxi Province, the per capita GDP data, etc., are analyzed by using multiple linear equations.The empirical results show that the export commodity structure of Jiangxi Province promotes the optimization of the industrial structure, but there is no obvious correlation between the import structure and the change of the industrial structure.We still need to strengthen the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and foreign trade structure.According to the analysis of the previous chapters, the last part of this paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the industrial structure and foreign trade structure of Jiangxi Province.Specifically, it is necessary to further optimize the structure of Jiangxi's export commodities, urge Jiangxi's export enterprises to improve their independent innovation capabilities, expand the scale of imports, actively introduce advanced technology, and vigorously develop modern agriculture.Promote the overall development of the primary industry; take the new road of industrialization to promote the international competitiveness of the industry; improve the level of development of the tertiary industry; vigorously develop the modern service industry.
