【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)是引導(dǎo)未來經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要力量,發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為世界主要國家搶占新一輪經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技發(fā)展制高點(diǎn)的重大戰(zhàn)略。依托地方優(yōu)勢(shì),打造戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成為我國各地方新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)。通過回顧和梳理技術(shù)鏈、戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和創(chuàng)新效率的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),首先,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行界定。其次,對(duì)從技術(shù)鏈角度進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新效率研究的理論框架進(jìn)行論述:提出了技術(shù)鏈兩階段的概念,研究不同階段下,技術(shù)鏈對(duì)集群創(chuàng)新效率的影響,構(gòu)成本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。作為北京戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的集中區(qū),中關(guān)村自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)的發(fā)展情況能夠在一定程度上反應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展。因此根據(jù)理論研究的結(jié)果,在對(duì)中關(guān)村自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)近幾年的現(xiàn)狀了解后,依據(jù)中關(guān)村自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)年鑒的客觀數(shù)據(jù),利用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法對(duì)創(chuàng)新效率進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證研究的具體分析結(jié)果,指出存在的問題并提出對(duì)園區(qū)的建設(shè)與規(guī)劃、資源配置、企業(yè)的引進(jìn)等提供參考性意見,避免園區(qū)盲目建設(shè),盲目引進(jìn),從而使得園區(qū)的發(fā)展更加科學(xué)性和合理性。
[Abstract]:Strategic emerging industry is an important force to guide economic and social development in the future. The development of strategic emerging industry has become a major strategy for major countries in the world to seize the commanding height of the new round of economic and technological development.Relying on local advantages, creating strategic emerging industrial clusters has become a new economic growth point in various localities in China.Through reviewing and combing the technology chain, strategic emerging industries, industrial clusters and innovation efficiency related literature, first, define strategic emerging industrial clusters.Secondly, this paper discusses the theoretical framework of the innovation efficiency research of strategic emerging industrial clusters from the perspective of technology chain: the concept of two stages of technology chain is put forward, and the influence of technology chain on innovation efficiency of clusters is studied in different stages.Constitute the theoretical basis of this study.As the concentration area of Beijing's strategic emerging industries, the development of Zhongguancun Independent Innovation demonstration Zone can reflect the development of strategic emerging industrial clusters to a certain extent.Therefore, according to the results of theoretical research, after understanding the present situation of Zhongguancun Independent Innovation demonstration Zone in recent years, according to the objective data of Zhongguancun Independent Innovation demonstration Zone Yearbook, the paper makes an empirical analysis of innovation efficiency by using data envelopment analysis.Finally, according to the concrete analysis results of the empirical research, the paper points out the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions on the construction and planning of the park, the allocation of resources and the introduction of enterprises, so as to avoid the blind construction of the park and the blind introduction of the park.Thus making the development of the park more scientific and reasonable.
