郴州市運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑市場的資源開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:隨著物質(zhì)生活的豐富和精神生活水平的提高,大眾體育發(fā)展正歷經(jīng)滿足“身體”需要到滿足“身心”需要的成長過程,進(jìn)入到運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑階段,我國的運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑業(yè)也在全國迅速發(fā)展起來,運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑市場也開始活躍起來,有些經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的城市已經(jīng)將運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑提升到發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略高度。郴州市作為國家優(yōu)秀旅游城市,有著“林中之城”的美譽(yù),正在創(chuàng)建“休閑之都”。近幾年來,郴州市為提升城市整體形象,促進(jìn)城市持續(xù)發(fā)展,努力創(chuàng)建“中國最佳旅游城市”,打造“南國知名休閑度假旅游勝地”。因此,本研究有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,具備了較強(qiáng)的可行性。文章以郴州市運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑市場的資源(運(yùn)動(dòng)資源、廣場文化資源、民俗資源、歷史文化資源、旅游資源)及其開發(fā)利用情況作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、比較分析法、系統(tǒng)分析法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,從郴州市創(chuàng)建“體育之城”、建設(shè)“休閑之都”的城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略角度切入,對(duì)本文研究意義和目的進(jìn)行了簡短陳述,并就研究中有所涉及的概念與國內(nèi)外開展的相關(guān)研究一一作了描述。文章分析了運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑城市的形成條件,對(duì)郴州市運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑市場的資源現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究和SWOT分析,從中挑選了蘇仙嶺健身運(yùn)動(dòng)基地、北湖音樂之夏音樂周、東江湖風(fēng)景旅游區(qū)、莽山國家森林公園進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,通過實(shí)證研究得出本文結(jié)論,結(jié)論表明:1、郴州有豐富易轉(zhuǎn)化的運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑資源,但持續(xù)開發(fā)不夠,市場開發(fā)程度不高,資源的運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑功能挖掘和發(fā)揮不夠深入和充分。2、郴州“體育之城”和“休閑之都”城市創(chuàng)建的作用不突出,“體育之城”和“休閑之都”的城市魅力展現(xiàn)不完全,吸引其在郴州投資創(chuàng)業(yè)的投資創(chuàng)業(yè)群體數(shù)量不夠大。3、因運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑城市對(duì)城市創(chuàng)新能力要求較高,郴州資源利用率不高,僅限于對(duì)現(xiàn)有自然資源的原始利用,利用創(chuàng)新能力合理開發(fā)利用改造資源,最大程度的拓展現(xiàn)代運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑業(yè),將郴州運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑資源充分市場化的空間還很大。4、沒有具備特色集約型運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式要求的要素條件,郴州運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)受因素制約,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展受到阻礙,資源開發(fā)環(huán)境不理想,影響運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑市場的資源整體開發(fā)。5、郴州運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑市場資源總量豐富,在生態(tài)和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢上作用體現(xiàn)較明顯,但種類重疊,娛樂設(shè)施落后,區(qū)域性合作缺乏,不利于產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目集體品牌突圍。文章最后著眼郴州運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑市場的資源實(shí)際情況,提出了筆者還不夠成熟的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:With the enrichment of material life and the improvement of the standard of spiritual life, the development of mass sports is going through the growing process of satisfying the needs of "body" to "body", and entering the stage of sports and leisure. China's sports leisure industry has also developed rapidly throughout the country, and the sports and leisure market has also begun to become active. Some economically developed cities have promoted sports leisure to the height of development strategy. Chenzhou City is a national excellent tourist city. With its reputation as a "city in the forest," Chenzhou is creating a "leisure capital." in recent years, Chenzhou has been promoting the overall image of the city and promoting its sustainable development. Try to create "the best tourist city in China" and "the famous leisure resort in South China". Therefore, this study has certain practical significance and has strong feasibility. Square cultural resources, folklore resources, historical and cultural resources, tourism resources) and its development and utilization as research objects, using literature, comparative analysis, system analysis, logic analysis and other research methods, From the angle of the city development strategy of establishing "Sports City" and "Leisure Capital" in Chenzhou City, this paper briefly states the significance and purpose of this study. This paper also describes the concepts involved in the research and the related studies carried out at home and abroad. The article analyzes the forming conditions of sports and leisure cities, and makes an investigation and SWOT analysis on the present situation of sports and leisure market resources in Chenzhou. From the selection of Suxianling fitness sports base, North Lake Music Summer Music week, Dongjiang Lake scenic tourism area, National Forest Park, through empirical research, the conclusion of this paper, The conclusion shows that Chenzhou has abundant sports and leisure resources that are easy to transform, but the sustainable development is not enough, and the market development level is not high. The function of sports and leisure in Chenzhou is not deep and full, the city of Chenzhou "Sports City" and "City of Leisure" is not prominent, and the city charm of "City of Sports" and "Capital of Leisure" is not fully displayed. The number of investment and entrepreneurship groups attracting them to Chenzhou is not large enough, because sports and leisure cities have a high demand for urban innovation, and Chenzhou has a low utilization rate of resources, which is limited to the original utilization of existing natural resources. Utilize the innovation ability to develop and utilize the transformed resources reasonably, and expand the modern sports leisure industry to the greatest extent. The space for fully marketization of sports and leisure resources in Chenzhou is still very large. 4. There is no essential factor condition for the development mode of characteristic intensive sports leisure industry. The sports and leisure related industry in Chenzhou is restricted by factors and the development of industry is hindered. The environment of resource development is not ideal, the overall development of resources affecting sports and leisure market .5. Chenzhou sports and leisure market is rich in the total amount of resources, in ecological and geographical advantages reflected a more obvious role, but the types of overlapping, entertainment facilities behind, The lack of regional cooperation is not conducive to the breakthrough of the collective brand of product projects. Finally, the article focuses on the actual situation of the sports and leisure market in Chenzhou, and puts forward some suggestions that the author is not mature enough.
