【摘要】：在健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展潮流的推動下,藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也逐步受到人們的關(guān)注。作為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要支撐,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的高低直接決定了藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力的強弱。為進(jìn)一步揭示青海省藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,推動其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,本文在分析青海省藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,首先構(gòu)建符合藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特征的產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價指標(biāo)體系,并運用AHP-模糊綜合評價法對青海省藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行評價,評價結(jié)果顯示目前青海省藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力還比較低。然后結(jié)合評價結(jié)果,指出青海省藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新還存在以下問題,主要包括:創(chuàng)新投入能力不足;產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模有限,規(guī)模效應(yīng)不明顯;產(chǎn)業(yè)研究合作能力較低;技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不完善;政府扶持力度不夠。最后,本文針對以上問題提出提升青海省藏藥產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Driven by the trend of development of the health industry, the development of the Tibetan medicine industry has gradually attracted people's attention. As an important support for the development of the industry, The ability of technological innovation directly determines the strength of the core competitiveness of the Tibetan medicine industry. In order to further reveal the technological innovation capability of the Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai Province and promote its industrial development, On the basis of analyzing the present situation of technical innovation of Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai Province, this paper first constructs an evaluation index system of industrial technological innovation ability that accords with the development characteristics of Tibetan medicine industry. The AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the technical innovation ability of Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai Province. The evaluation results show that the technological innovation ability of Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai Province is still low. It is pointed out that the following problems still exist in the technological innovation of Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai Province, including: insufficient innovation input capacity; limited industrial scale, not obvious scale effect; low cooperation ability in industrial research; imperfect technical standards; The government support is not enough. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technical innovation ability of Tibetan medicine industry in Qinghai province.
