【摘要】：土地資源作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展必不可少的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),支撐著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的核心是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的過程中尤其要注重發(fā)揮區(qū)域資源優(yōu)勢,著力打造特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)是鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化的重要形式,也是提高區(qū)域競爭力的重要手段。本文以清遠(yuǎn)市9個省級專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)為研究對象,分析鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,進(jìn)而探討土地利用與特色產(chǎn)業(yè)間的匹配程度,試圖證明土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)變化對特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的支撐作用。本文在土地利用與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相互作用的理論解析基礎(chǔ)上,首先運(yùn)用信息熵對9個專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,研究各專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)兩者之間各自的影響關(guān)系;其次,采用Pearson相關(guān)分析法對專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)性及其顯著情況進(jìn)行判定;最后,從三個維度對各專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)與特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之間的匹配情況進(jìn)行分析。研究得出的主要結(jié)論為:(1)時間序列的信息熵和均衡度分析表明,2005年以來,各專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)的變化為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了積極支持,特色產(chǎn)業(yè)用地總體呈現(xiàn)增長趨勢,尤其是2個農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)表現(xiàn)最為顯著;同時,各專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化逐漸向特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集中的趨勢較為明顯。(2)在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)級的區(qū)域中,運(yùn)用Pearson法分析土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)性,剔除了耕地因受到用途管控而基本保持不變的影響后發(fā)現(xiàn),土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)變化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化總體上相關(guān)性明顯,農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)的相關(guān)性更為顯著,而工業(yè)專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)可能受產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平影響關(guān)聯(lián)情況有所差異;土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)的變化主要是通過不同土地類型之間的轉(zhuǎn)換來支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。(3)從特色產(chǎn)業(yè)土地利用效率的不同維度進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果顯示,除龍?zhí)伶?zhèn)、山塘鎮(zhèn)外,其它專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與其所對應(yīng)的土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)之間存在不同程度的匹配關(guān)系,反映了土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)變化對特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不同程度的支撐作用。
[Abstract]:As the essential material foundation of economic development, land resources support the development of regional economy. The core of coordinated development of regional economy is the adjustment of industrial structure. In the process of adjustment of industrial structure, special attention should be paid to giving full play to the advantages of regional resources. The specialty town is an important form of the township industrial cluster and also an important means to improve the regional competitiveness. This paper takes 9 provincial specialized towns of Qingyuan City as the research object. This paper analyzes the relationship between land use structure and industrial structure of villages and towns, and probes into the matching degree between land use and characteristic industries. Based on the theoretical analysis of the interaction between land use and industrial development, this paper tries to prove the supporting effect of the change of land use structure on the development of characteristic industries. Firstly, the paper analyzes the land use structure and industrial structure of 9 specialized towns by using information entropy, and studies the relationship between the economic development, the land use structure and the industrial structure of each specialized town. Pearson correlation analysis method is used to judge the correlation between land use structure and industrial structure and its significance. Finally, This paper analyzes the matching situation between the land use structure and the development of characteristic industries in various specialized towns from three dimensions. The main conclusion of the study is that the information entropy and equilibrium degree of the time series of "1: 1" show that, since 2005, The changes of land use structure in specialized towns have provided positive support for industrial development, and the characteristic industrial land has shown an overall increasing trend, especially in the two specialized agricultural towns; at the same time, The change of the industrial structure of each specialized town gradually toward the characteristic industry concentration trend is obvious.) in the township level area, the Pearson method is used to analyze the correlation between the land use structure and the industrial structure. After eliminating the influence of cultivated land being basically kept unchanged because of the use control, it is found that the change of land use structure and the change of industrial structure are obviously related to each other, and the correlation of specialized agricultural towns is more significant. The industrial specialized towns may be affected by the level of industrial development related to the situation is different; The change of land use structure is mainly supported by the transformation of different land types to support the change of industrial structure. It is analyzed from different dimensions of land use efficiency of characteristic industry. The results show that, except Longtang Town and Shantang Town, The characteristic industrial development of other specialized towns and their corresponding land use structure have different degree of matching relationship, which reflects the supporting effect of the change of land use structure on the development of characteristic industry to different degrees.
