【摘要】：蒙古國(guó)位于中國(guó)以北,俄羅斯以南,是一個(gè)地處亞洲的內(nèi)陸國(guó)家,是連接歐亞大陸的重要通道。自中國(guó)提出"一帶一路"倡議以來(lái),蒙古國(guó)也在自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中積極響應(yīng),提出了"草原之路"計(jì)劃。在中蒙戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接框架下如何能夠更好的發(fā)展兩國(guó)能礦產(chǎn)業(yè)合作問(wèn)題是中蒙兩國(guó)關(guān)注的共同問(wèn)題。本文在梳理中國(guó)"一帶一路"倡議與蒙古國(guó)"草原之路"計(jì)劃對(duì)接領(lǐng)域及對(duì)接情況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析蒙古國(guó)在能礦產(chǎn)業(yè)合作中的戰(zhàn)略地位,并運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)中蒙能礦產(chǎn)業(yè)合作的的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析研究,認(rèn)為中蒙雙方能礦產(chǎn)業(yè)合作因兩國(guó)政治、經(jīng)貿(mào)、地緣、人文等關(guān)系具有優(yōu)勢(shì)。但也存在兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平存在較大差距、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不完善以及中蒙兩國(guó)民間互信問(wèn)題等不利因素,并針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出了對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Mongolia, located north of China and south of Russia, is a landlocked country in Asia and an important gateway to the Eurasian continent. Since China put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative, Mongolia has also responded positively to its own development strategy. Put forward the plan of "grassland road". How to better develop the cooperation of energy mining industry between China and Mongolia under the framework of strategic docking between China and Mongolia is the common problem that China and Mongolia pay attention to. This paper is combing the Chinese "Belt and Road" proposal and. On the basis of the docking field and the docking situation of Mongolia's "grassland Road" plan, This paper analyzes the strategic position of Mongolia in the cooperation of energy mining industry, and analyzes and studies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Sino-Mongolian mineral industry cooperation by using SWOT analysis method, and concludes that the political, economic and trade cooperation between China and Mongolia can be attributed to the mineral industry cooperation between China and Mongolia. The relationship between geography and humanity has advantages, but there are also some unfavorable factors, such as large gap in the level of economic development between the two countries, imperfect infrastructure, imperfect industrial structure and mutual trust between China and Mongolia, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
