【摘要】：濰坊作為山東省養(yǎng)豬大市之一,生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展對全省和全國都有重要的意義。近幾年濰坊市的生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,濰坊市的生豬養(yǎng)殖模式發(fā)生了一些變化。隨著規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖不斷成熟,傳統(tǒng)的單一散養(yǎng)模式正逐漸減少,目前濰坊市重點發(fā)展規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖。但仍有許多問題存在,生豬生產(chǎn)和豬肉價格波動明顯,生豬飼養(yǎng)成本相對較高,疫病防治上還存在諸多不足,養(yǎng)殖模式過于落后,養(yǎng)殖和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)尚需進(jìn)一步改善。因此,本文在文獻(xiàn)查閱、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論,綜合運用系統(tǒng)分析、統(tǒng)計分析等方法,重點從基礎(chǔ)理論、生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷史沿革和現(xiàn)狀、生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境與條件、發(fā)展制約因素和對策建議等五方面,實證研究濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)情況。生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境與條件的系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識是本文研究的基礎(chǔ)。本文對生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)概念界定的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征和地位,重點分析了濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件。研究表明,濰坊市具有良好的發(fā)展生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)的自然條件、社會條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件和人才技術(shù)條件。生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程與模式分析是本文的重點內(nèi)容。本文通過實地調(diào)研和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計資料的整理,從生產(chǎn)狀況、市場狀況、技術(shù)狀況和組織狀況來進(jìn)行分析了濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史沿革,同時介紹濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并介紹濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的典型模式--“三級閉環(huán)養(yǎng)豬模式”,主要從改模式的運作狀況、典型案例分析和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益這三個方面進(jìn)行介紹。研究表明濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)波動式發(fā)展趨勢,但從總體上來說,發(fā)展趨勢良好。生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展制約因素分析是本文的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容。本文通過對問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的整理,研究濰坊市養(yǎng)豬場戶發(fā)展生豬養(yǎng)殖的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,分析得出了影響濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素,并主要從生豬生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和市場及流通環(huán)節(jié)來進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)。研究表明,目前制約濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的因素主要有生豬疫病防治、生豬生產(chǎn)成本、生豬養(yǎng)殖資金短缺、生豬養(yǎng)殖模式落后、養(yǎng)殖用地困難和技術(shù)落后,在生豬市場和流通環(huán)節(jié)主要的制約因素就是價格因素。生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議是本文研究的落腳點。在對制約濰坊市生豬發(fā)展因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對各項制約因素提出了濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。研究表明促進(jìn)濰坊市生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展必須對濰坊市目前生豬生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)和市場流通環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),其中在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)當(dāng)健全有效的疾病預(yù)控體系、控制養(yǎng)殖成本、增加資金投入,拓寬融資渠道、改善養(yǎng)殖模式推動健康養(yǎng)殖、鼓勵科技創(chuàng)新、提高生豬養(yǎng)殖的規(guī)�；潭�、促進(jìn)生豬養(yǎng)殖合作社和協(xié)會發(fā)展等,在生豬市場和流通環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)當(dāng)優(yōu)化生豬產(chǎn)品流通渠道、加快生豬市場體系建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新生豬產(chǎn)品交易模式、構(gòu)建完整的市場需求及價格分析預(yù)警模式。同時還應(yīng)當(dāng)通過其他方面的措施進(jìn)行改進(jìn),其中包括重視生豬產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及質(zhì)量問題、合理利用金融工具化解生豬市場風(fēng)險、推進(jìn)生豬產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的規(guī)�；潭群桶衙}生豬市場周期,合理調(diào)節(jié)生豬生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Weifang City, Shandong Province as one of the pig, the healthy development of the pig industry has an important significance to the province and the country. The city of Weifang in recent years the rapid development of the pig industry, some changes have taken place in pig breeding mode in Weifang city. With the scale of farming continues to mature, a model is gradually reduce the scattered single traditional, at present Weifang focus on the development of large-scale farming. But there are still many problems, the pig production and pork prices fluctuate significantly, hog cost is relatively high, there are still many deficiencies in disease prevention and control, cultivation pattern is too backward, breeding and production technology needs to be further improved. Therefore, based on the literature review, expert interview, questionnaire research on the theory based on the development of the pig industry, the comprehensive analysis, statistical analysis and other methods, mainly from the basic theory, history and current situation of the development of the pig industry, students The development of pig industry development environment and conditions, constraints and Countermeasures in five aspects, related to the development of the pig industry in Weifang city. An Empirical Study on the system development environment and conditions of the pig industry knowledge is the foundation of this paper. Based on the pig industry related concepts, analyzes the characteristics and status of the pig industry. Focus on the development of pig industry in Weifang City, the external environment and internal conditions. The results show that with the development of pig industry in Weifang city for good natural conditions, social conditions, economic conditions and technical talent conditions. The process and model analysis of the development of the pig industry is the main content of this paper. In this paper, through the investigation and statistics data and from the production status, market conditions, technical conditions and organizational conditions to analyze the development of pig industry in Weifang City, and Weifang City Current situation of the development of the pig industry, and introduces the development models of the pig industry in Weifang City -- "three level closed pig model", mainly from the operation of the modified model, typical case analysis and the social and economic benefits of the three aspects of the introduction. The research showed that the pig industry in Weifang city is fluctuant trend, but on the whole is a good development trend. The development of the pig industry factors analysis is the key content of this paper. Based on the survey data of Weifang City, pig farm pig breeding development situation and existing problems, analysis the factors that affect the development of pig industry in Weifang City, and mainly from the pig production and market and link the circulation links are summarized. The research shows that the factors restricting the development of the pig industry in Weifang city in the process of production are the main pig disease prevention and control, pig production The cost of pig breeding, pig breeding mode, the shortage of funds, backward, farming land difficult and backward technology, in the pig market circulation and the main restriction factor is the price factor. Countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the pig industry is the result of this study. Based on the analysis of Weifang city live pig development factors, according to various factors put forward countermeasures and suggestions to the development of pig industry in Weifang city. The results show that promote the healthy and stable development of the pig industry in Weifang city to Weifang city currently pig production links and market circulation is improved, which improve the effective disease control system should be in the process of production, control production cost, increase capital investment, expand financing channels, improve the cultivation mode of promoting healthy culture, encourage technological innovation, improve the level of scale pig farming, to promote the development of pig farming cooperatives and associations, in The pig market and circulation should optimize the circulation channels of pig products, accelerate the construction of pig market system innovation, mode analysis of the construction of pig trading products, market demand and price warning mode complete. At the same time should also be improved by other measures, including the importance of pig products standard and quality problems, the rational use of financial tools to resolve the pig market the risk degree of the scale, promote pig products processing and pulse hog market cycle, reasonable adjustment of pig production.
