【摘要】：以深圳為樣本,針對(duì)以往控規(guī)層次規(guī)劃應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型的不足,首先檢討傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃在應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)城融合方面的不適應(yīng)性,指出"重產(chǎn)輕城、輕人"的規(guī)劃思路是不適應(yīng)性的關(guān)鍵所在;繼而基于對(duì)產(chǎn)、城、人關(guān)系的再認(rèn)識(shí)、再梳理,總結(jié)提煉產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃在功能布局、用地結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的編制技術(shù)方法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通則與經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),以促進(jìn)園區(qū)規(guī)劃落實(shí)職住平衡、功能優(yōu)化、配套完善等規(guī)劃理念。
[Abstract]:Taking Shenzhen as a sample, in view of the shortcomings of the past planning of control and planning in response to the transformation of industrial parks, this paper first reviews the inadaptability of traditional industrial park planning in coping with the integration of industrial and urban areas, and points out that "heavy production is less important than cities." The planning thinking of "light people" is the key to inadaptability; then, based on the re-understanding of the relationship between industry, city and people, the author summarizes and refines the technical methods of compiling industrial park planning in the aspects of function layout, land structure, etc. Standard general rules and experience data, in order to promote the park planning implementation of occupation and housing balance, function optimization, complete and complete planning concepts.
