麻江縣藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力提升研究

【摘要】:藍(lán)莓享有“世界水果之王”的美譽(yù),國際糧農(nóng)組織將藍(lán)莓列為人類五大健康食品之一。麻江縣于1999年引進(jìn)藍(lán)莓,進(jìn)行培育種植,通過對(duì)原生品種的成功馴化,2004年開始規(guī);,2006年逐步大范圍的推廣栽種。隨著人們對(duì)藍(lán)莓認(rèn)知水平的提高及其營養(yǎng)價(jià)值的探索不斷加深,藍(lán)莓在麻江縣的供需潛在市場呈現(xiàn)出明顯上升的態(tài)勢(shì),進(jìn)而促成藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)得以迅速發(fā)展的推動(dòng)力。近年來,麻江縣藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)完成了從“無到有”的發(fā)展任務(wù),如今正步入從“有到優(yōu)”逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變的過程。麻江藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)作為起步不久的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),在發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中也呈現(xiàn)出不盡合理的現(xiàn)況:種植分散、招商引資困境、科技支撐力度匱乏、產(chǎn)品深加工率低、市場營銷渠道不暢等問題,成為阻礙麻江縣進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條延伸、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的制約因素。藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)作為麻江縣的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)于促進(jìn)縣域的農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式,有助于區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平的提高。因此,摧動(dòng)麻江縣藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,為提升農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平,助推麻江縣“富民強(qiáng)縣”目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重要的意義和作用。本文依據(jù)對(duì)麻江縣藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的分析作為透視點(diǎn),通過查閱相關(guān)的資料和數(shù)據(jù)收集,再進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、交易成本等理論論述了制約麻江縣藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的影響因素,進(jìn)一步剖析麻江縣藍(lán)莓競爭力主導(dǎo)因素有:生產(chǎn)力要素、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)配置、營銷策略和創(chuàng)新因素。對(duì)此,通過借鑒省外地區(qū)藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合本文對(duì)麻江縣藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)闡述的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)而提出提升麻江縣藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力當(dāng)從推進(jìn)生產(chǎn)要素配置、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)素質(zhì)、拓寬銷售渠道等方面作為著手點(diǎn)的對(duì)策建議,以期推進(jìn)麻江縣藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:Blueberries enjoy the reputation of "the king of fruit in the world," and the International Food and Agriculture Organization lists blueberries as one of the top five health foods for human beings. In 1999, Majiang County introduced blueberries for cultivation and cultivation. Through the successful domestication of the native varieties, the seedling cultivation began on a large scale in 2004 and was popularized and planted gradually in 2006. With the improvement of the cognitive level of blueberry and the exploration of its nutritional value, The potential market for blueberry supply and demand in Majiang County has shown an obvious upward trend, which has contributed to the rapid development of the blueberry industry. In recent years, the blueberry industry in Majiang County has completed the task of "nothing to have." Majiang blueberry industry, as a fledgling emerging industry, also presents an unreasonable situation in the process of development: scattered planting, difficulty in attracting investment, lack of scientific and technological support. Problems such as low product processing rate and poor marketing channels have become constraints to further push forward the extension of blueberry industry chain, promote industrial competitiveness, and develop modern agriculture in Majiang County, where the blueberry industry is regarded as a sunrise industry. In order to promote the adjustment of the agricultural structure in the county area and to change the mode of agricultural development, it will help to improve the level of regional industrial competitiveness. Therefore, to stimulate the development of blueberry industry in Majiang County, in order to enhance the level of agricultural modernization, It is of great significance and function to promote the realization of the goal of "enriching the people and strengthening the county" in Majiang County. Based on the analysis of the present situation of blueberry industry in Majiang County, this paper takes it as a perspective point, and through consulting relevant information and data collection, On the basis of the corresponding field investigation, using the theory of comparative advantage, the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of transaction cost, this paper discusses the influencing factors that restrict the competitiveness of blueberry industry in Majiang County. The main factors of blueberry competitiveness in Majiang County are as follows: productivity factor, industrial structure allocation, marketing strategy and innovation factor. Combined with the actual situation of the blueberry industry in Majiang county, this paper puts forward that to promote the competitiveness of blueberry industry in Majiang County, we should promote the allocation of production factors, adjust the industrial structure, and optimize the industrial quality. Widening the sales channels and other aspects as the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of blueberry industry in Majiang County.
