【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和信息化的深入推進,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與科技、經(jīng)濟日益呈現(xiàn)出加速融合的趨勢,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的地位愈發(fā)重要,其拉動國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的效應逐漸突顯出來。如何正確分析文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對于地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要作用,并充分利用文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢更好地服務經(jīng)濟增長,推動文化和經(jīng)濟的深入融合發(fā)展,是需要認真分析和研究的課題。本文首先梳理了國內(nèi)外關于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟增長關系的相關研究,對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)和經(jīng)濟增長進行了界定,分別從兩個層面分析了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟增長直接影響和間接影響,為進一步實證研究遼寧省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟增長的影響奠定了理論基礎。其次,主要基于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎和產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新分析了遼寧省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本現(xiàn)狀,從經(jīng)濟總量、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、財政收支以及居民收支方面梳理了遼寧省經(jīng)濟增長的基本情況。再次,為了增強理論闡述的科學性說服力,本文運用因子分析法分別對遼寧省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟增長進行了綜合評價,在此基礎上,構(gòu)建數(shù)理模型對二者進行了協(xié)整檢驗,結(jié)果表明:滯后期較短時,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是經(jīng)濟增長的成因,且對經(jīng)濟增長具有杠桿效應;滯后期較長時,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟增長互為因果關系,二者相互影響、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。最后,綜合理論分析和實證研究的相關結(jié)論,本文從調(diào)整經(jīng)濟發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)、夯實文化產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎、增強文化產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力以及提升文化消費水平等方面提出了相關對策建議,為遼寧省進一步協(xié)調(diào)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟增長提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and information technology, the economy is becoming more and more integrated, and the status of cultural industry is becoming more and more important. How to correctly analyze the important role of cultural industry in regional economic development, and make full use of the advantages of cultural industry development to better serve economic growth, To promote the deep integration of culture and economy is a subject that needs careful analysis and research. Firstly, this paper combs the related research on the relationship between cultural industry and economic growth at home and abroad, and defines the cultural industry and economic growth. This paper analyzes the direct and indirect effects of the development of cultural industry on economic growth from two aspects, which lays a theoretical foundation for further empirical study on the impact of cultural industry development on economic growth in Liaoning Province. Mainly based on the foundation of industrial development and industrial innovation, this paper analyzes the basic status quo of cultural industry development in Liaoning Province, combing the basic situation of Liaoning Province's economic growth from the aspects of total economic volume, industrial structure, financial revenue and expenditure, and residents' income and expenditure. Again, In order to enhance the scientific persuasion of the theory, this paper uses the factor analysis method to evaluate the cultural industry and economic growth in Liaoning Province respectively. On this basis, a mathematical model is constructed to test the cointegration between the two. The results show that the cultural industry is the cause of economic growth and has a leverage effect on economic growth when the lag period is relatively short, and the cultural industry and economic growth have a causal relationship with each other when the lag period is longer, and they affect each other and develop harmoniously. Synthesizing the relevant conclusions of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from adjusting the structure of economic development, strengthening the foundation of cultural industry, strengthening the innovation ability of cultural industry and improving the level of cultural consumption. For Liaoning Province to further coordinate cultural industry and economic growth to provide a reference.
