【摘要】:目前,西部少數(shù)民族地區(qū)資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展方式仍較為粗放,資源的綜合利用效率低,未充分挖掘資源的附加值,同時(shí),對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)氐纳鷳B(tài)平衡也造成了較大破壞。在法律激勵(lì)與約束的視野下,完善促進(jìn)西部少數(shù)民族地區(qū)資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的制度激勵(lì)與約束機(jī)制,有助于克服"粗放型"的資源開采和利用模式,優(yōu)化資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu),推動(dòng)資源型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:At present, the development mode of resource-based industry in western minority areas is still extensive, the comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources is low, the added value of resources is not fully exploited, and at the same time, In the view of legal incentives and constraints, the institutional incentive and restraint mechanism to promote the transformation of resource-based industries in western minority areas has been improved. It is helpful to overcome the "extensive" pattern of exploitation and utilization of resources, optimize the structure of resource-based industries and promote the realization of the transformation of resource-based industries.
