【摘要】：研究目標:更精確地反映全球價值鏈下中國產(chǎn)業(yè)供需不匹配和升級情況。研究方法:運用2016年WIOD投入產(chǎn)出表的數(shù)據(jù),將中間品投入與吸收產(chǎn)業(yè)一一匹配以構造更微觀的分類,計算出產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易指數(shù)、出口技術復雜度等指數(shù),并探討了全球價值鏈嵌入對產(chǎn)業(yè)供需匹配的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):2001年以來中國產(chǎn)業(yè)供需不匹配程度高速增長,但增速不斷降低,中國需求層面的技術復雜度水平普遍高于供給層面,而美國則正好相反;全球價值鏈地位、垂直專業(yè)化水平對供需不匹配程度的影響效果在不同收入水平國家間存在差異。研究創(chuàng)新:通過新產(chǎn)業(yè)分類從更微觀的層面了解中國產(chǎn)業(yè)供需不匹配情況。研究價值:為中國未來的"供給側結構性改革"和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級提供理論基礎和政策建議。
[Abstract]:Research objective: to more accurately reflect the situation of supply and demand mismatch and upgrading of Chinese industry in global value chain. Research method: using the data of WIOD input-output table in 2016, matching intermediate input and absorbing industry one by one to construct a more microscopic classification. Intra-industry trade index, export technology complexity index and so on are calculated, and the influence of global value chain embedding on industrial supply and demand matching is discussed. It is found that the degree of industrial supply and demand mismatch in China has increased rapidly since 2001, but the growth rate has been decreasing. The level of technological complexity at the demand level in China is generally higher than in the supply side, whereas in the United States the opposite is true; global value chain status, The effect of vertical specialization on supply and demand mismatch is different among countries with different income levels. Value: provide theoretical basis and policy advice for future supply-side structural reform and industrial transformation and upgrading in China.
