【摘要】：隨著體育產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)智能化和科技化、產(chǎn)品營銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和個性化、賽事運營平臺化和系統(tǒng)化,場館利用智能化和信息化,健身服務(wù)協(xié)同化和個體化,服務(wù)型、創(chuàng)新型、實踐型、國際化、信息化的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)人才成為產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的支撐。因此,高校教育要以職業(yè)道德良好、知識結(jié)構(gòu)合理、綜合素質(zhì)較高、創(chuàng)新能力較強的復(fù)合型人才作為培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),樹立以生為本、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的教育理念,構(gòu)建開放辦學(xué)、多元協(xié)同的管理體制,建立形式多樣、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的實踐平臺,提供軟硬兼?zhèn)�、條件充足的資源保障,設(shè)置學(xué)科交融、全面合理的課程體系。
[Abstract]:With the intelligent and scientific production of sports products, the network and personalization of product marketing, the platform and systematization of event operation, the intelligent and information utilization of gymnasiums and gymnasiums, the coordination and individualization of fitness services, the service type, the innovation type, the practice type, The internationalized and informational sports industry talents become the support of the innovation and development of the industry.
