【摘要】：中醫(yī)藥文化是祖先留給今人的寶貴財富,它源遠(yuǎn)流長、博大精深,為中華民族的繁衍和發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重大的作用,同時對整個人類的文明和進(jìn)步也做出了突出性的貢獻(xiàn)。目前,從我國的醫(yī)藥行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來看,中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)成為新的經(jīng)濟增長點,是我國國內(nèi)盈利能力較強的產(chǎn)業(yè)。樟樹是中國四大藥都之一,中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷史悠久,從促進(jìn)樟樹當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展的角度來看,通過對當(dāng)?shù)刂兴幃a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究能夠了解樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點,從而提出相應(yīng)的政策性建議,因此研究樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有著較大的現(xiàn)實意義。本文主要從歷史與現(xiàn)狀的角度將樟樹市中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)與亳州市中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行比較分析,從而找出樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的不足。本文的核心觀點:樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與亳州相比存在較大差距,樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)要實現(xiàn)發(fā)展振興關(guān)鍵在于中藥研發(fā),應(yīng)采取以中藥研發(fā)為主線,中藥種植為基礎(chǔ),中藥加工為主體,中藥流通為紐帶的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。全文分為六個部分:第一章為緒論。主要闡述研究背景和意義、相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述及評述、研究的主要內(nèi)容及結(jié)構(gòu)、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新與不足。在綜述時發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)主要集中討論的是國家層面的中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問題,對地方中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究還比較少,而對于樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究更是少之又少,因此,本文以此為切入點進(jìn)行研究。第二章是對相關(guān)概念及理論的綜述。首先界定中藥、中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念和中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)范疇,同時將中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)劃分為中藥種植業(yè)、中藥加工業(yè)、中藥流通業(yè)以及中藥知識產(chǎn)業(yè)四部分,再對競爭優(yōu)勢理論、比較優(yōu)勢理論進(jìn)行簡要回顧,為下文的寫作做好理論鋪墊。第三章是對樟樹、亳州中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的縱向回顧。首先介紹兩地中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史軌跡,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩地同為中國藥都,具有相似的發(fā)展歷程;其次,再從中藥種植、中藥加工和中藥流通等方面對樟樹和亳州兩地中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,介紹兩地中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目前的基本情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)不足,從而展開下文具體影響因素的比較分析。第四章是對樟樹、亳州中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的橫向比較。選取資本、資源、人才、科技研發(fā)等因素,對兩地中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ?找出樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的長處與不足。第五章是問題及原因分析。通過橫向與縱向?qū)Ρ戎?認(rèn)識到樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)與亳州中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)存在差距,并找出問題及原因所在。第六章是樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。針對前文對兩地歷史與現(xiàn)狀的縱向與橫向比較,結(jié)合樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出樟樹中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式應(yīng)以中藥研發(fā)為主線,關(guān)注國家政策導(dǎo)向,做強道地藥材種植、做精中藥深加工、做活中藥流通。
[Abstract]:The culture of traditional Chinese medicine is a precious treasure left by our ancestors. It goes back to ancient times and is extensive and profound. It has played an important role in the reproduction and development of the Chinese nation, and at the same time has made outstanding contributions to the civilization and progress of the entire human race. At present, Judging from the current situation of the pharmaceutical industry in China, the traditional Chinese medicine industry has become a new economic growth point and one of the most profitable industries in China. Camphor tree is one of the four major pharmaceutical cities in China, and the traditional Chinese medicine industry has a long history of development. From the point of view of promoting the local economic development of camphor tree, through the research on the development of local traditional Chinese medicine industry, we can understand the characteristics of camphor tree traditional Chinese medicine industry and put forward corresponding policy recommendations. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the development of Chinese medicine industry of camphor tree. In this paper, the traditional Chinese medicine industry of Zhangshu City and Bozhou City are compared and analyzed from the perspective of history and present situation. The key point of this paper is that there is a big gap between camphor and Bozhou in the development of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry, and the key to realize the development of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry lies in the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, the main background and significance of the research and development, the main development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine cultivation, the main body of traditional Chinese medicine processing, and the circulation of traditional Chinese medicine. The main contents and structure of the research, the research methods, and the innovation and deficiency. It is found that the current literature focuses on the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry at the national level. The research on the development of local traditional Chinese medicine industry is still relatively few, and the research on the development of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry is even less. Therefore, this paper takes this as the starting point to study. Chapter two is a summary of related concepts and theories. At the same time, the traditional Chinese medicine industry is divided into four parts: traditional Chinese medicine planting industry, traditional Chinese medicine processing industry, traditional Chinese medicine circulation industry and Chinese medicine knowledge industry. The competitive advantage theory and comparative advantage theory are briefly reviewed. The third chapter is a longitudinal review of the development of Chinese medicine industry in Zhangshu and Bozhou. Firstly, it introduces the historical track of the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in the two places, and finds that the two places are both Chinese medicine capital, with similar development process; secondly, Then it describes the current situation of Chinese medicine industry development in Zhangshu and Bozhou from the aspects of Chinese medicine planting, processing and circulation of traditional Chinese medicine, and introduces the basic situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in the two places, and finds out that it is insufficient. Chapter 4th is about the horizontal comparison of the development of Chinese medicine industry in Zhangshu and Bozhou. Selecting the factors such as capital, resources, talents, scientific and technological research and development, the paper makes a horizontal comparison of the traditional Chinese medicine industry between the two places. Find out the advantages and disadvantages in the development of Chinese medicine industry of camphor tree. Chapter 5th is the analysis of problems and reasons. After horizontal and vertical comparison, it is recognized that there is a gap between Chinese medicine industry of camphor tree and that of Bozhou traditional Chinese medicine industry. And find out the problems and reasons. Chapter 6th is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry. In view of the vertical and horizontal comparison of the history and current situation of the two places, combined with the problems in camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry, It is suggested that the development mode of camphor traditional Chinese medicine industry should take the research and development of Chinese medicine as the main line, pay close attention to the national policy orientation, strengthen the cultivation of native Chinese medicine, do the deep processing of traditional Chinese medicine, and make the circulation of traditional Chinese medicine lively.
