【摘要】：作為19世紀末美國的典型工業(yè)城市,匹茲堡在20世紀前期卻陷入蕭條。雖然該市在20世紀50年代迎來了第一次復(fù)興,但在70年代后再度走向衰敗。匹茲堡的經(jīng)歷是20世紀中期以來美國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和中心城市功能雙重轉(zhuǎn)型的縮影,即去工業(yè)化使制造業(yè)離開中心城市,繼而后者的功能從制造業(yè)中心向服務(wù)業(yè)中心過渡。80年代以來,匹茲堡在雙重轉(zhuǎn)型的影響下并借助于聯(lián)邦、州和地方政府的引導(dǎo),以匹茲堡大學醫(yī)療中心為代表的醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)在匹茲堡強勢崛起,成功推動產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,形成了新的增長模式,帶動匹茲堡從制造業(yè)中心轉(zhuǎn)型為高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)中心,徹底走出蕭條,成為美國城市復(fù)興的典型。
[Abstract]:A typical industrial city in the United States at the end of 19th century, Pittsburgh fell into a depression in early 20th century, although the city had its first renaissance in 1950s. But after 70s, Pittsburgh's experience was a microcosm of the dual transformation of America's industrial structure and central city function since the middle of 20th century, when deindustrialisation drove manufacturing away from the central city. Then the latter function from manufacturing center to service center transition from the 1980s, Pittsburgh under the influence of the dual transformation and with the help of federal, state and local government guidance, The medical industry, represented by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, rose strongly in Pittsburgh, successfully promoted industrial transformation, formed a new growth model, and transformed Pittsburgh from a manufacturing center to a high-tech and service center. Completely out of the depression, become a model of urban renewal in the United States.
