【摘要】:能源是人類賴以生存的根基,優(yōu)等能源和領(lǐng)先的能源技術(shù)是推動(dòng)社會(huì)不斷向前的重要因素。18世紀(jì)開始的產(chǎn)業(yè)革命使化石能源逐漸成為當(dāng)今世界的主流能源,但也帶來(lái)了傳統(tǒng)能源的日益枯竭和環(huán)境氣候問題。當(dāng)今在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的背景下,新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)成為第三次產(chǎn)業(yè)革命的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)角度考慮,開發(fā)可再生能源,尤其是發(fā)展適應(yīng)第三次產(chǎn)業(yè)革命趨勢(shì)的太陽(yáng)能光伏(正文中用其英文縮寫“PV”代替)產(chǎn)業(yè),成為了全世界、中國(guó)乃至陜西省的共同選擇。因此,本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理論、博弈論以及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新論作為理論基礎(chǔ),試圖對(duì)陜西省太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、問題及成因進(jìn)行剖析,以期得出一些科學(xué)的結(jié)論,從而對(duì)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下陜西省發(fā)展太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)提出切實(shí)可行的建議和措施。本文分為七章:第一章為緒論,包括論題背景、意義、方法和中外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章介紹相關(guān)概念和理論依據(jù)。第三章是對(duì)陜西省的太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。主要以陜西省發(fā)展太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的必要性、發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)為切入點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步通過數(shù)據(jù)分析探究其發(fā)展情況。第四章分析了陜西省太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的問題和成因。主要通過數(shù)據(jù)整理、文獻(xiàn)分析法以及博弈論和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論,對(duì)陜西省太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題和成因進(jìn)行探討歸納。第五章是對(duì)中外太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的分析和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的分析與借鑒。一方面,分析太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;另一方面,介紹了國(guó)際光伏巨頭美國(guó)、德國(guó)、日本以及光伏快速發(fā)展的江蘇、河北、青海省的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第六章是針對(duì)陜西省太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題,提出解決措施及建議。第七部分是結(jié)論及展望。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):陜西省太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈較為完整,但從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)看,多數(shù)企業(yè)停留在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的某一階段,存在“中間大兩頭小”的畸形結(jié)構(gòu),從而使該產(chǎn)業(yè)出現(xiàn)成長(zhǎng)性產(chǎn)能過剩和結(jié)構(gòu)性產(chǎn)能過剩問題。此外,由于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展受技術(shù)壁壘影響,光伏發(fā)電成本居高不下,光伏產(chǎn)品豐富度不夠,導(dǎo)致進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)的路徑狹窄且對(duì)外依存度較大。歸根結(jié)底,產(chǎn)能過剩和技術(shù)落后是影響陜西省太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)良性發(fā)展的主要因素,為此,陜西省在今后的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中,應(yīng)將解決產(chǎn)能過剩和技術(shù)落后做為重要任務(wù),做到以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,以政策為支撐,積極開展太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)及更新工作。鼓勵(lì)現(xiàn)有企業(yè)兼并重組,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展上下游,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí),并運(yùn)用多重手段預(yù)防產(chǎn)能過剩。同時(shí),加強(qiáng)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力和科技水平,通過生產(chǎn)工藝和裝備的技術(shù)進(jìn)步來(lái)大幅降低光伏發(fā)F電系統(tǒng)的初始投資成本,增強(qiáng)光伏的發(fā)電競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。努力開拓市場(chǎng)規(guī)模,逐步擴(kuò)大國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)需求,積極尋求多元化的國(guó)際市場(chǎng),進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)陜西省太陽(yáng)能太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Energy is the foundation of human survival. Superior energy and leading energy technology are the important factors to push the society forward. The industrial revolution that began in the 18th century makes fossil energy gradually become the mainstream energy in the world. Under the background of low-carbon economy development, the new energy industry has become the third industrial revolution development trend, from the long-term perspective, the development of renewable energy, In particular, the development of solar photovoltaic industry, which adapts to the trend of the third industrial revolution, has become the common choice of the whole world, China and even Shaanxi Province. As a theoretical basis, game theory and technological innovation theory attempt to analyze the current situation, problems and causes of the development of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, in order to draw some scientific conclusions. The paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, including the background of the topic, significance, significance of the development of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province under the background of low-carbon economy. The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis. Chapter 3 analyzes the current situation of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, mainly based on the necessity of developing solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province. Chapter 4th analyzes the problems and causes of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, mainly through data collation, literature analysis, game theory and technology innovation theory. This paper discusses the problems and causes of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province. Chapter 5th is the analysis and experience of the development of solar photovoltaic industry in China and abroad. On the one hand, On the other hand, it introduces the international photovoltaic giants such as the United States, Germany, Japan and Jiangsu, Hebei, where the photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly. The successful experience of Qinghai Province. Chapter 6th is aimed at the problems existing in the solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward some measures and suggestions. 7th is the conclusion and prospect. Through the research, it is found that the solar photovoltaic industry chain of Shaanxi Province is relatively complete. But from the industrial structure point of view, most enterprises stay at a certain stage of the industrial chain, and there is a "middle big and two small" abnormal structure, so that the industry has the problem of growth overcapacity and structural overcapacity. Because the development of industry is affected by technical barriers, the cost of photovoltaic power generation is high and the abundance of photovoltaic products is not enough, which leads to the narrow path of entering the market and the high degree of external dependence. In the final analysis, Overcapacity and technological backwardness are the main factors that affect the healthy development of solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province. Therefore, in the future industrial development process of Shaanxi Province, it should be an important task to solve overcapacity and technical backwardness. To take the market as the guide, to take the policy as the support, to actively carry out the construction and updating of the market access standards for the solar photovoltaic industry, to encourage the merger and reorganization of existing enterprises, to coordinate the development of upstream and downstream, and to accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, At the same time, strengthen the regional innovation ability and the level of science and technology, through the technological progress of production technology and equipment to significantly reduce the initial investment cost of photovoltaic F power generation system. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the solar photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province, we should strive to develop the market scale, expand the domestic market demand, and actively seek a diversified international market.
