【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)程度的重要標(biāo)志。改革開放以來,我國第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展取得了顯著成效。但隨著工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也面臨許多問題。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和優(yōu)化升級成為當(dāng)前我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。而居民消費(fèi)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力,對一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型作用十分明顯。因此,只有促進(jìn)居民消費(fèi)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,才能更好地推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。直轄以來,重慶社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,取得了舉世矚目的成就。第三產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用越來越突出,也直接促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。當(dāng)前,各地經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展都要立足于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的大背景。在國家實(shí)施西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略后,重慶的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)處于調(diào)整和優(yōu)化升級的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。因此,對這一時(shí)期影響重慶第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在社會(huì)生產(chǎn)過程中,消費(fèi)需求是影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)最直接的因素。本文從居民消費(fèi)需求的視角出發(fā),深入探討重慶城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,從而為促進(jìn)居民消費(fèi)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供對策建議。本文在對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)和居民消費(fèi)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了重慶第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)的概況。其次,對重慶居民消費(fèi)對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,從城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)的視角,找出了制約重慶第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。在VAR模型中借助格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)、脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)及方差分解,動(dòng)態(tài)分析了重慶城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的格蘭杰原因,且兩者之間存在協(xié)整關(guān)系,即兩者存在長期的均衡關(guān)系;重慶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級仍有很大的空間,農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)率與農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動(dòng)對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響不大,重慶第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展還需要宏觀政策的引導(dǎo)。最后,得出研究結(jié)論,并提出擴(kuò)大城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi),促進(jìn)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the development level of the third industry has become an important symbol to measure a country or region economic development. Since the reform and opening up, the development of the third industry of our country has made remarkable achievements. But with the development of industrialization and urbanization, the development of the third industry also faces many problems. The adjustment and optimization of industrial structure upgrading has become the key link in the economic development of our country. But the consumer as a strong driving force for economic growth is very obvious, the mode of economic development of a country or region transformation. Therefore, only the promotion of residents consumption and coordinated development of the third industry, to promote economic development. Since the territory, Chongqing has achieved rapid socio-economic development. Remarkable achievements. And third industry in economic development in the increasingly prominent, also directly promote the optimization of industrial structure. At present, around the economy The development should be based on the background of China's economic transformation and upgrade. In the national western development strategy, the industrial structure of Chongqing is in a critical period of adjustment and upgrading. Therefore, research has important practical significance of factors influencing the development of the third industry of Chongqing in this period. In the process of social production. Consumer demand is the most direct factors influencing industrial structure. In this paper, from the consumer demand perspective, deeply influence the development of urban and rural residents' consumption in Chongqing on the third industry, so as to provide suggestions to promote consumption of residents and the third industry coordinated development. Based on the review of the third industry and consumer related theory, first analyzes the situation of Chongqing third industrial development and urban and rural residents consumption. Secondly, influence on the development of Chongqing residents' consumption of third industry empirically Analysis from the perspective of urban and rural residents' consumption, find out the factors restricting the development of third industry in Chongqing. With the help of Grainger causality test in VAR model, cointegration test, impulse response function and variance decomposition, dynamic analysis of the impact of the development of urban and rural residents' consumption in Chongqing on the third industry. The results show that the consumption of urban and rural residents is Grainger third the development of industry, there is a cointegration relationship and between the two, that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the two; industrial structure upgrading of Chongqing still has a large space, not affecting the development rate of consumption of rural residents and rural residents' consumption structure changes on the development of the third industry, the third industry of Chongqing also needs the guidance of macroeconomic policy. Finally, the the conclusion of the study, and put forward to expand the consumption of urban and rural residents, promote the development of the third industry policy recommendations.
