醫(yī)藥制造產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的識別及其對企業(yè)績效影響的實證研究

【摘要】:在戰(zhàn)略管理領(lǐng)域,KSF是一個重要的概念——D.W.Daniel(1961)發(fā)表的一篇"管理信息的危機"(Management Information Crisis)中首次提出,他指出大部分的產(chǎn)業(yè)都具有三至五項確定是不是成功的關(guān)鍵因素。若是一個公司欲獲成功,必須對這幾項因素做得格外好。在戰(zhàn)略管理領(lǐng)域中,關(guān)鍵成功因素的研究對象有企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè),本研究以產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,以"醫(yī)藥制造產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的識別及其對企業(yè)績效的影響"為研究主題,第一,通過對以往文獻(xiàn)的分析,匯總產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的內(nèi)涵和識別方法,繼而得出適合本研究的定義及識別方法。第二,通過專家訪談初步確定出醫(yī)藥制造產(chǎn)業(yè)成功因素,最后運用層次分析法和統(tǒng)計相關(guān)成功因素的得分后識別出了關(guān)鍵成功因素,分析了醫(yī)藥制造產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素對企業(yè)績效的作用機理并提出了六個假設(shè)。第三,本文以醫(yī)藥制造產(chǎn)業(yè)滬深兩市A股主板市場一共105家上市公司為樣本運用回歸分析方法對本文提出的假設(shè)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計檢驗。第四,本文將前幾章的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了概括,同時嘗試提示未來可能的研究方向。通過上述研究工作,本文得出如下論斷:(1)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的內(nèi)涵及識別方法。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的涵義還未統(tǒng)一,本文通過分析和甄別相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究成果,最后采用David的觀點,即產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素是指對產(chǎn)業(yè)中企業(yè)的競爭地位有重大影響的一些主要的條件、變量或能力。關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的識別方法,本研究采用美國阿瑟.湯姆森和斯迪克蘭德兩位學(xué)者的觀點并提出了識別產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的具體可操作方法,包括詳細(xì)的步驟,以及定量分析方法,這也是本研究的一個創(chuàng)新點。(2)通過實證研究,得出醫(yī)藥制造產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素有研發(fā)能力、質(zhì)量、營銷能力和相關(guān)多元化。(3)醫(yī)藥制造產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素對企業(yè)績效具有顯著的正向作用。本文通過使用多元回歸法對提出的假設(shè)進(jìn)行了檢驗研究結(jié)果證明假設(shè)成立,醫(yī)藥制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的研發(fā)能力、營銷能力和相關(guān)多元化分別對營業(yè)利潤率和相對收入占有率具有顯著的正向影響,但是銷售費用的投入率與企業(yè)營業(yè)利潤率的關(guān)系沒有通過顯著性檢驗,原因是當(dāng)年投入的銷售費用對營業(yè)利潤率的提升具有時滯作用。(4)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素未來的研究方向有三個。首先,產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素分為產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵生存因素和產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵發(fā)展因素研究;第二,將產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵成功因素的理論擴展到其他產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究;第三,銷售費用投入率對企業(yè)績效影響的滯后效應(yīng)研究。
[Abstract]:KSF is an important concept in the field of strategic management. He pointed out that most industries have three to five key factors to determine whether or not they are successful. If a company is to succeed, it must do it exceptionally well. In the area of strategic management, The research object of the key success factors is enterprise and industry. This study takes industry as the research object, and takes "the identification of key success factors of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and its influence on enterprise performance" as the research topic. Through the analysis of the previous literature, the connotation and identification method of the key success factors of the industry are summarized, and then the definition and identification method suitable for this study are obtained. Secondly, the success factors of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry are preliminarily determined through expert interviews. Finally, the key success factors are identified by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the score of the relevant success factors. The mechanism of the key success factors of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry on the enterprise performance is analyzed and six hypotheses are put forward. In this paper, a total of 105 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share main Board markets in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry are used as samples to test the hypotheses put forward in this paper by means of regression analysis. 4th, the contents of the previous chapters are summarized in this paper. At the same time, it tries to point out the possible research direction in the future. Through the above research work, this paper draws the following conclusion: 1) the connotation and identification method of key success factors in industry. The meaning of key success factors of industry has not been unified by domestic and foreign scholars. By analyzing and discriminating the research results of relevant scholars, this paper finally adopts David's viewpoint that the key success factors of industry are the main conditions that have a significant impact on the competitive position of enterprises in the industry. Regarding the identification method of key success factors of industry, this study adopts the viewpoints of American scholars Arthur Thomson and Dick Rand and puts forward a practical method to identify the key success factors of industry. Including detailed steps and quantitative analysis methods, which is also an innovative point of this study. Through empirical research, it is concluded that the key success factors of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry are R & D capability and quality. Marketing ability and related diversification. 3) the key success factors of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry have significant positive effect on enterprise performance. This paper tests the hypothesis by using multiple regression method and proves that the hypothesis is true. The R & D capability, marketing capability and related diversification of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry have significant positive effects on the operating profit margin and the relative income share, respectively. However, the relationship between the input rate of sales expenses and the operating profit rate of the enterprise has not passed the significance test. The reason is that the sales expenses invested in that year have a time-lag effect on the promotion of operating profit margins.) there are three future research directions for key success factors in the industry. Industrial key success factors are divided into industrial key survival factors and industrial key development factors; second, the theory of key industrial success factors is extended to other industries to study; third, A study on the lag effect of sales expense input rate on firm performance.
