【摘要】：玉米是阜新第一產業(yè),其發(fā)展對帶動農村經濟、農民致富及保障糧食安全具有重要作用。本文在闡述阜新玉米產業(yè)現狀的基礎上,結合阜新地區(qū)面臨的耕地數量下降和質量持續(xù)低下、玉米專用品種較少、產業(yè)化水平低等制約玉米產業(yè)發(fā)展因素,從調減籽粒玉米種植面積因地制宜發(fā)展新興產業(yè)、加強高標良田建設、構建生態(tài)高效種植制度、培育農業(yè)加工龍頭企業(yè)、提升產業(yè)信息化水平5個方面提出促進阜新玉米產業(yè)發(fā)展和調整的策略。
[Abstract]:Maize is the primary industry of Fuxin, and its development plays an important role in driving rural economy, farmers becoming rich and ensuring food security. According to the factors that restrict the development of maize industry, such as the decrease of cultivated land quantity and the continuous low quality of cultivated land in Fuxin area, the less special varieties of corn and the low industrialization level, the new industry should be developed according to the local conditions by adjusting and reducing the planting area of grain corn. Five strategies to promote the development and adjustment of maize industry in Fuxin were put forward from five aspects: strengthening the construction of high standard and good farmland, constructing ecological efficient planting system, cultivating leading enterprises in agricultural processing, and promoting the level of industrial informatization.
