【摘要】：研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化與土地集約利用之間的相互關(guān)系對(duì)優(yōu)化土地資源配置和協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局具有重要意義�；谔旖蚴�1995—2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建土地集約利用評(píng)價(jià)體系,分別測(cè)算天津市土地集約利用度和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)層次系數(shù);運(yùn)用脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)分析天津市土地集約利用水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化之間的相互影響關(guān)系;通過擬合兩者最優(yōu)函數(shù),確定目前兩者的作用狀態(tài)。結(jié)果表明:天津市土地集約利用程度和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平不斷上升,長(zhǎng)期來看天津市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化對(duì)土地集約利用有較強(qiáng)的正向促進(jìn)作用,土地集約利用對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化影響較小且較穩(wěn)定,目前天津市正處于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化對(duì)土地集約利用正向促進(jìn)時(shí)期。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the relationship between industrial structure upgrading and land intensive utilization for optimizing the allocation of land resources and coordinating industrial structure layout. Based on the panel data of Tianjin from 1995 to 2014, the evaluation system of land intensive utilization is constructed. Calculate the land intensive utilization degree and the industrial structure hierarchy coefficient of Tianjin separately; use the pulse response function to analyze the mutual influence relation between the land intensive utilization level and the industrial structure of Tianjin; through fitting the optimal function of the two, The results show that the degree of intensive land use and the level of industrial structure in Tianjin are rising continuously. In the long run, the advanced industrial structure of Tianjin has a strong positive effect on the intensive use of land. Intensive land use has little influence on industrial structure and is stable. At present Tianjin is in the period of positive promotion of land intensive use.
