【摘要】：在我國鋼鐵企業(yè)實(shí)施鋼材深加工發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的大背景下,本文以A鋼鐵公司產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的延伸為例,通過“A公司-B公司”戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟來發(fā)展深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的具體對(duì)策,分析鋼鐵行業(yè)延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈過程中戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的必然性和可行性,并著重探討戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的穩(wěn)定性的問題。鋼鐵行業(yè)內(nèi)研究戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟問題的理論探討較少,以此為主題,具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。首先,闡述了當(dāng)前鋼鐵行業(yè)的背景,并回顧了國內(nèi)外鋼鐵企業(yè)深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及模式；指出鋼材深加工發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究對(duì)當(dāng)前我國鋼鐵企業(yè)的重大意義。其次,闡述企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,明確企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的含義、特點(diǎn)和分類,介紹企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的最新理論研究前沿,特別是戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的相關(guān)理論,為后續(xù)章節(jié)探討論文奠定基礎(chǔ)；再次,通過A鋼鐵公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境及鋼材深加工現(xiàn)狀的分析,總結(jié)優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)；以A鋼鐵公司的鋼材深加工發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和“A鋼鐵公司-B制造公司”戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟為樣本,對(duì)雙方聯(lián)盟發(fā)生的必然和可行性進(jìn)行探討；運(yùn)用價(jià)值結(jié)構(gòu)的方法對(duì)戰(zhàn)略成員進(jìn)行分析；第四,總結(jié)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,著重對(duì)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行研究；通過聯(lián)盟發(fā)展的幾個(gè)階段的比較,選擇四組有重要影響的因子作為變量,分析影響穩(wěn)定性的關(guān)鍵因素。第五,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟做出相關(guān)的策略建議。最后,得出相關(guān)的結(jié)論,試圖通過該案例分析使該鋼鐵公司的深加工發(fā)展思路更加清晰,也為同類企業(yè)的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的建立起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of carrying out the development strategy of steel deep processing in Chinese iron and steel enterprises, this paper takes the extension of industrial chain of A iron and steel company as an example, through the strategic alliance of "A company-B company" to develop the specific countermeasures of deep processing industry. This paper analyzes the inevitability and feasibility of strategic alliance in the process of extending industry chain of iron and steel industry, and emphasizes on the stability of strategic alliance. It has certain theoretical significance and practical value. Firstly, the background of current iron and steel industry is expounded, and the present situation and mode of the extension and development of deep processing industry chain in domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises are reviewed. This paper points out the great significance of the research on the development strategy of steel deep processing for the present iron and steel enterprises in our country. Secondly, it expounds the strategic alliance of the enterprise, defines the meaning, characteristics and classification of the strategic alliance of the enterprise, and introduces the latest theoretical research frontier of the strategic alliance of the enterprise. Especially, the theory of stability of strategic alliance lays a foundation for the following chapters; thirdly, through the analysis of internal environment of A steel company and the status quo of steel deep processing, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages; Taking the development strategy of steel products of A Steel Company and the strategic alliance of "A Iron and Steel Company B Manufacturing Company" as samples, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the alliance between the two sides, analyzes the strategic members by using the method of value structure; 4th, Summarize the practical problems of strategic alliance, focus on the stability of strategic alliance, select four groups of influential factors as variables through the comparison of several stages of alliance development. This paper analyzes the key factors affecting the stability. 5th, makes the relevant strategic recommendations to the strategic alliance. Finally, it draws the relevant conclusions, and attempts to make the further processing development thinking of the steel company clearer through the case study. Also for the development of similar enterprises and the establishment of industrial alliances play a certain reference role.
