【摘要】：沙棘是一種灌術(shù),其特點是根系發(fā)達,耐早、耐寒,是國家退耕還林過程中優(yōu)先選擇的樹種。放漢旗種植沙棘已經(jīng)有三十多年的歷史,在充分利用其生態(tài)效益的基礎(chǔ)上,也在不斷的開發(fā)其經(jīng)濟效益與社會效益,因此,沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)便開始興起,沙棘產(chǎn)品的營養(yǎng)價值也逐漸被人們所認識。沙棘加工企業(yè)對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的帶動作用也越來越明顯。并且經(jīng)過長期的發(fā)展,放漢旗沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)累積成了比較牢固的基礎(chǔ)。本文首先對敖漢旗自然環(huán)境與沙棘的種植歷史以及沙棘對敖放漢旗的重要意義進行了描述,分析敖漢旗沙棘種植面積的變化情況、沙棘育種情況、沙棘的種植模式、加工情況、銷售情況、企農(nóng)關(guān)系情況、政府投資情況。就目前的現(xiàn)狀來看,還是存在著比較突出的問題,如沙棘經(jīng)濟林的種植面積比重較小,企業(yè)的發(fā)展較慢,企業(yè)與農(nóng)戶的利益聯(lián)接不穩(wěn)定,政府的協(xié)調(diào)保障措施不到位等。這些問題導致了沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)的效益得不到充分的開發(fā)與利用。在綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上對如何促進敖漢旗沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Hippophae rhamnoides (Hippophae rhamnoides) is a kind of irrigation technique, which is characterized by its developed root system, early tolerance and cold tolerance, and is the preferred tree species in the process of returning farmland to forest. Hippophae rhamnoides has been planted in the flag of Han Dynasty for more than 30 years, on the basis of making full use of its ecological benefits. The economic and social benefits of Hippophae rhamnoides have also been continuously developed. Therefore, the Hippophae rhamnoides industry has begun to rise. The nutritional value of Hippophae rhamnoides products has been gradually recognized by people. Hippophae rhamnoides processing enterprises are also playing a more and more obvious role in driving the regional economy. And after a long period of development, The industry of Hippophae rhamnoides (Hippophae rhamnoides) in the flag of the Han Dynasty has been accumulated as a solid foundation. This paper analyzes the changes in the planting area of Hippophae rhamnoides in Aohan Banner, the breeding situation of Hippophae rhamnoides, the planting pattern, processing situation, sales situation, the relationship between enterprises and farmers, and the situation of government investment. There are still some outstanding problems, such as the small proportion of planted area of Hippophae rhamnoides economic forest, the slow development of enterprises, and the unstable connection between enterprises and farmers' interests. These problems lead to the insufficient development and utilization of Hippophae rhamnoides industry. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of Hippophae rhamnoides industry in Aohan Banner are put forward.
