【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展和社會(huì)的不斷前進(jìn),旅游業(yè)已成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。但是,由于游客規(guī)模的快速增長(zhǎng),使旅游地受到了空前的壓力。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成了一個(gè)開(kāi)放型的復(fù)合系統(tǒng),受到經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境和政策技術(shù)等方面的影響。在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)中,對(duì)構(gòu)成因素之間作用的分析,將有助于省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的定位和規(guī)劃。因此,對(duì)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的研究將有助于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的實(shí)現(xiàn),成為我國(guó)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的重要課題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)基本概念的界定和相關(guān)理論的分析,建立了中國(guó)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論體系。圍繞這一理論平臺(tái),系統(tǒng)地分析了中國(guó)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論框架。通過(guò)回顧中國(guó)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的時(shí)間和空間發(fā)展過(guò)程,和與傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式的比較,建立了中國(guó)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的三維發(fā)展理論,即受到時(shí)間、空間和要素的約束發(fā)展,運(yùn)用Logistic方程,建立了省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論模型和省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng),為省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究提供理論指導(dǎo)。通過(guò)對(duì)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的分析,明確了省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及維護(hù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制、平衡機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制、信息反饋與調(diào)控機(jī)制和保障機(jī)制,并利用耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論和貝塔朗菲方程模擬系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行過(guò)程。利用二次相對(duì)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)中五大運(yùn)行機(jī)制的擬合程度進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià),并選取國(guó)內(nèi)30個(gè)省域2011-2013年的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證。同時(shí),從全國(guó)的角度,構(gòu)建多省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng),建立潛力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用“AHP-熵權(quán)”法及TOPSIS模型,對(duì)30個(gè)省域2002-2013年的旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)摿M(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制協(xié)同度與可持續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)摿χg聯(lián)系密切。依據(jù)潛力評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合聚類分析方法,將30個(gè)省域按照可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力劃分為三個(gè)類別,根據(jù)類別間的差異性和系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制存在的問(wèn)題,提出我國(guó)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的調(diào)整路徑、及省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式和路徑,并制定相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和措施。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的研究是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程,對(duì)可持續(xù)性問(wèn)題的解決是一個(gè)世界難題。因此,本研究對(duì)促進(jìn)中國(guó)省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of society, tourism has become one of the strategic pillar industries of the national economy. Tourism industry and related industries form an open compound system, which is influenced by economic, social, ecological environment and policy technology. The analysis of the effect of the factors will be helpful to the orientation and planning of the sustainable development of the tourism industry in the province. Therefore, the study of the sustainable development system of the tourism industry in the province will contribute to the realization of the sustainable development. Through the definition of basic concepts and the analysis of relevant theories, this paper establishes a theoretical system of sustainable development of tourism industry in China. This paper systematically analyzes the theoretical framework of the sustainable development of China's provincial tourism industry. By reviewing the time and spatial development process of the sustainable development of China's provincial tourism industry, and comparing it with the traditional development model, this paper analyzes the theoretical framework of the sustainable development of the tourism industry in the provincial area of China. The three-dimensional development theory of the sustainable development of tourism industry in China is established, which is restricted by time, space and elements, and the Logistic equation is used. The theoretical model of the sustainable development of the provincial tourism industry and the sustainable development system of the provincial tourism industry are established in order to provide theoretical guidance for the study of the sustainable development of the provincial tourism industry. The running state of the sustainable development system of tourism industry in the province and the driving mechanism, the balance mechanism, the incentive mechanism, the information feedback and control mechanism and the guarantee mechanism of the sustainable development system of the tourism industry in the province are clarified. Using dissipative structure theory and Bertalanfie equation to simulate the running process of the system, and using the quadratic relative performance evaluation model to evaluate the performance of the five major operating mechanisms in the sustainable development system of tourism industry. At the same time, from the point of view of the whole country, the sustainable development system of tourism industry in multiple provinces is constructed, the evaluation index system of potential is established, and the "AHP- entropy weight" method and TOPSIS model are used. Based on the evaluation of tourism sustainable development potential in 30 provinces from 2002 to 2013, it is found that there is a close relationship between the coordination degree of operation mechanism and the sustainable development potential of tourism sustainable development system in provincial tourism industry. The 30 provinces are divided into three categories according to the ability of sustainable development. According to the differences among the categories and the problems existing in the operation mechanism of the system, the paper puts forward the adjustment path of the system operation mechanism of the sustainable development of tourism industry in our country. The research on sustainable development system of tourism industry is a complex dynamic process, and the solution of sustainability problem is a difficult problem in the world. This study is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of tourism industry in China.
