【摘要】：河北省發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè),是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,央企對河北戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有著至關(guān)重要的作用。當(dāng)前,央企進(jìn)入地方進(jìn)行空間布局會受轉(zhuǎn)移空間“硬環(huán)境因素”與“軟環(huán)境因素”的影響。本文主要研究在當(dāng)前京津冀一體化的大形勢下,影響央企戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入和留在河北的生態(tài)環(huán)境因素。通過閱讀大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,整理影響央企入冀發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的主要影響因素,理性分析包括地理區(qū)位、資源稟賦、產(chǎn)業(yè)成長、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、國家規(guī)劃等在內(nèi)的硬環(huán)境因素,科學(xué)評判河北的客觀條件及其優(yōu)勢;重視日益重要的包括區(qū)域文化、配套服務(wù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合、政府管理、協(xié)作協(xié)同在內(nèi)的軟環(huán)境因素,建立指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)而建立模型并對央企在河北的生態(tài)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析和驗(yàn)證,最終形成一個能分析央企入冀生態(tài)環(huán)境的規(guī)范模型,并對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒。本文的貢獻(xiàn)在于:第一,專門結(jié)合河北省的具體情況研究央企戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的生態(tài)環(huán)境,具有針對性;第二,對央企入冀發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的生態(tài)環(huán)境概念進(jìn)行全新界定;第三,創(chuàng)立了“雙吸”模型和評價指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:The development of strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province is a complex system project. Central enterprises play a vital role in the development of strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province. At present, The influence of "hard environmental factors" and "soft environmental factors" on the spatial distribution of central enterprises entering the local areas. This paper mainly studies the situation of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Through reading a large number of relevant documents and conducting questionnaire survey, the main influencing factors affecting the development of strategic emerging industries of central enterprises in Hebei Province are sorted out. Rational analysis includes hard environmental factors, such as geographical location, resource endowment, industrial growth, infrastructure, national planning, and so on, scientifically evaluates the objective conditions and advantages of Hebei, and pays more and more attention to the increasingly important regional culture, supporting services, etc. The soft environment factors, such as industrial synthesis, government management, cooperation and cooperation, establish the index system, and then establish the model and analyze and verify the ecological environment of the central enterprises in Hebei. Finally, a normative model can be formed to analyze the ecological environment of central enterprises in Hebei Province, and provide guidance and reference for the economic development of Hebei Province. The contributions of this paper are as follows: first, Research on ecological environment of strategic emerging industries of central enterprises in Hebei Province; second, define the concept of ecological environment of strategic emerging industries of central enterprises into Hebei Province; third, The double suction model and evaluation index system were established.
