【摘要】：綠色低碳循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系不僅是解決全球性資源環(huán)境約束問題的新舉措,也是促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的先進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式。本文從國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色低碳循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)驗(yàn)入手,深刻指出了綠色低碳循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系的業(yè)態(tài)形式和未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì),歸納出"優(yōu)化能源結(jié)構(gòu)、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí);引導(dǎo)消費(fèi)潮流、培育綠色文化;健全法律法規(guī)、完善政策體系"等基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,明確了江西要發(fā)展綠色低碳循環(huán)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,必須在"促進(jìn)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、推進(jìn)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、加大綠色投資力度、引導(dǎo)綠色消費(fèi)潮流、營(yíng)造綠色文化氛圍"5個(gè)方面發(fā)力,從而為江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展指明了方向。
[Abstract]:Green low carbon cycle industry system is not only a new measure to solve the problem of global resource and environment constraint, but also an advanced economic model to promote sustainable development. This paper starts with the development situation and experience of green low carbon cycle industry system at home and abroad. The paper points out the form of green low carbon cycle industry system and its future development trend, and concludes that "optimize energy structure, promote industrial upgrading, guide consumption trend, cultivate green culture, perfect laws and regulations," On the basis of this, it is clear that in order to develop a green low-carbon recycling industrial system in Jiangxi, it is necessary to "promote the optimization of the energy industry structure, promote the optimization and upgrading of the three industrial structures, and increase the intensity of green investment." Guiding the trend of green consumption and creating green culture atmosphere, the paper points out the direction of Jiangxi's industrial and economic development.
