戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展,在新一輪經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占領(lǐng)制高點(diǎn)的重要引擎,溫家寶總理于2010年9月8號(hào)召開(kāi)的國(guó)務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議上提出重點(diǎn)發(fā)展新能源等七大戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)以推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,而戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展是以戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展為支撐,本研究將戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)簡(jiǎn)稱為戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè),在政府的大力支持下,我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)雖然取得了較快發(fā)展,但企業(yè)普遍面臨商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)不足與商業(yè)模式同質(zhì)化等問(wèn)題。然而當(dāng)今企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵在于商業(yè)模式的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)在未來(lái)發(fā)展過(guò)程中只有通過(guò)技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式才能獲得長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。因此,為了更好地促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)發(fā)展,使我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,亟需對(duì)戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新規(guī)律進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)探索。 首先通過(guò)梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于商業(yè)模式內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成要素及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新等研究成果,同時(shí)結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)本質(zhì)特征,科學(xué)界定了戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式內(nèi)涵,,基于戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)技術(shù)先導(dǎo)性特征,構(gòu)建了技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)視角下戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的概念模型,在對(duì)戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示了戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新過(guò)程與企業(yè)能力之間的作用關(guān)系,基于自組織理論分析了企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中的演化機(jī)理,揭示了戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的階段特征;之后,基于企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新階段與企業(yè)能力水平的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,確定了戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新階段的識(shí)別標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并從商業(yè)模式要素創(chuàng)新出發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了不同創(chuàng)新階段的企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新路徑,通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)確定戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新階段,并提出了戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的對(duì)策建議。最后以無(wú)錫尚德為對(duì)象進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的實(shí)證研究,驗(yàn)證了本研究的科學(xué)性與實(shí)用性,本研究為戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新提供理論指導(dǎo)與決策參考。
[Abstract]:The development of strategic emerging industries is an important engine to realize the leapfrog development of our economy and occupy the commanding heights in the new round of economic competition. At the executive meeting of the State Council held on September 8th 2010, Premier Wen Jiabao proposed to focus on developing seven strategic emerging industries, such as new energy, in order to promote the rapid economic development of our country. The development of strategic emerging industries is supported by the development of strategic emerging industries. Although the strategic emerging enterprises in our country have made rapid development, they are generally faced with the problems of lack of innovative technology driving and homogenization of business models. However, the key to the competition of enterprises nowadays lies in the competition of business models. In order to promote the development of strategic emerging enterprises in China, the long-term development of strategic emerging enterprises can be achieved only through the innovative business model driven by technology in the process of future development. It is urgent to explore the innovation rules of the business model of the strategic emerging enterprises because of the superiority of our country's strategic emerging enterprises in the international competition. First of all, through combing the domestic and foreign scholars about the business model connotation, the constituent elements and the business model innovation and so on, at the same time, combined with the strategic emerging enterprise essential characteristic, scientifically defined the strategic emerging enterprise business model connotation. Based on the technological leading characteristics of strategic emerging enterprises, this paper constructs a conceptual model of business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises from the perspective of technology drive, and analyzes the present situation of business model innovation of strategic emerging enterprises. This paper reveals the relationship between the innovation process of the business model and the ability of the enterprise, and analyzes the evolution mechanism of the innovation process of the business model based on the self-organization theory. Then, based on the corresponding relationship between the innovation stage of the business model and the level of enterprise capability, the identification criteria of the innovation stage of the business model of the strategic emerging enterprise are determined, and the characteristics of the stage of the innovation of the business model of the strategic emerging enterprise are revealed. And from the innovation of business model elements, the paper designs the innovation path of business model in different innovation stages, and determines the innovation stage of business model of strategic emerging enterprise by evaluating the enterprise's ability. Finally, the paper makes an empirical study on business model innovation in Wuxi Shangde, which verifies the scientific and practical nature of this study. This study provides theoretical guidance and decision-making reference for the innovation of business model of strategic emerging enterprises.
