【摘要】：我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展自面市以來就一直在承受著輿論的爭議。一方面,我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的起步速度迅速、產(chǎn)量居首、銷量巨大,是典型的光伏大國。另一方面,我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展一直缺少著核心技術(shù),銷量雖然巨大,但是沒有太大國內(nèi)市場支持,與光伏強國相差甚遠。因此,自從我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)在2012年開始受到來自歐盟征收反傾銷、反補貼關(guān)稅的“雙反”政策后,許多光伏企業(yè)因無法支撐而不得不關(guān)門倒閉,整個光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)市場一片低迷。 然而,當歲月的步伐跨入到2013年后,我國光伏行業(yè)并沒有像外界臆測的那樣一敗涂地,但是也沒有東山再起,度過了這平靜的一年后,開始在2014年迎來了新的開始,我國光伏企業(yè)尤其是骨干企業(yè)在制造業(yè)方面又翻開了嶄新的篇章,這一年,不僅我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)中的下游項目迎來了新的發(fā)展機遇。而且光伏行業(yè)的整體技術(shù)水平、.管理水平和規(guī)模等都得到了一定的提升。不過,之所以能夠安全渡過2012年期間這段最艱難的時期而重新入軌和發(fā)展,期間離不開我國政.府的鼓勵與扶持,這其實也是我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展中飽受爭議的論點之一。 本課題的研究就在于希望通過從整個光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)涉及到的光伏產(chǎn)品、光伏企業(yè)、光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、政策等來深入剖析我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)在目前所面臨的危機及危機產(chǎn)生的原因,并加以對這些問題因素提出應對這些危機的主要策略方針,同時也為我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的未來發(fā)展趨勢作出了相關(guān)見解與展望,這在一定程度上對以往的課題研究有了進一步的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The development of photovoltaic industry in our country has been under the controversy of public opinion since it was launched. On the one hand, China's photovoltaic industry is a typical photovoltaic country with rapid starting speed, leading output and huge sales. The development of photovoltaic industry in China has been lack of core technology, although the sales volume is huge, but not too big domestic market support, which is far from the photovoltaic country. Therefore, since 2012, the photovoltaic industry of our country has been subject to anti-dumping imposed by the European Union. After the "double counter" policy of countervailing duties, many photovoltaic companies had to close down because they could not support it, and the whole photovoltaic industry market was in a slump. However, when the pace of the years entered 2013, the photovoltaic industry in our country did not fail as much as had been assumed by the outside world, but it did not rise again. After a quiet year, it began to usher in a new beginning on 2014. China's photovoltaic enterprises, especially the backbone enterprises, have opened a new chapter in the manufacturing sector. This year, Not only have the downstream projects in the photovoltaic industry in our country ushered in new development opportunities, but also the overall technical level, management level and scale of the photovoltaic industry have been improved to a certain extent. The reason why we can safely survive the most difficult period during 2012 and re-enter the track and development, the period can not be separated from the encouragement and support of the government, which is actually one of the controversial arguments in the development of photovoltaic industry in China. The research of this topic lies in the hope that through the whole photovoltaic industry involved in photovoltaic products, photovoltaic enterprises, photovoltaic industry chain, policies and other in-depth analysis of China's photovoltaic industry in the current crisis and the causes of the crisis. At the same time, the author puts forward the main strategies to deal with these problems, and makes some related opinions and prospects for the future development of photovoltaic industry in China. To a certain extent, this research has further innovation.
