【摘要】：鑒于產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的調(diào)整與變化會造成市場人才需求方向及需求量的變化,而高職院�，F(xiàn)有的專業(yè)體系培養(yǎng)出的人才很難滿足新的市場需求,高職院校應根據(jù)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的演變,對專業(yè)結構進行適當調(diào)整,以應對新的形勢變化。并結合實際教學經(jīng)驗,在相關研究基礎上,重點分析區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結構演變對高職教育專業(yè)結構的影響,給出應對這種變化的具體措施。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the adjustment and change of the industrial structure will lead to the change of the demand direction and demand for talents in the market, the talents trained by the existing professional system in higher vocational colleges are very difficult to meet the new market demand, so the higher vocational colleges should adapt to the evolution of the regional industrial structure. In order to cope with the change of new situation, we should adjust the professional structure properly and analyze the influence of the evolution of regional industrial structure on the professional structure of higher vocational education based on the actual teaching experience and related research. The concrete measures to deal with this change are given.
