【摘要】：服務(wù)外包是新一輪全球?qū)I(yè)化分工的重要方式,是全球價值鏈分解、協(xié)作、重構(gòu)的重要載體,已成為服務(wù)全球化時代的鮮明特征和重要內(nèi)容。我國高度重視服務(wù)貿(mào)易與服務(wù)外包發(fā)展,加快推進服務(wù)經(jīng)濟進程。本文從服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新特征入手,分析了以企業(yè)、中介、資金、政府及大學(xué)研究機構(gòu)等組成的服務(wù)外包集群創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),最后了提出服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新的運行模式。
[Abstract]:Service outsourcing is an important way of a new round of global specialization division of labor, and an important carrier of global value chain decomposition, collaboration and reconstruction. China attaches great importance to the development of service trade and service outsourcing, and speeds up the process of promoting service economy. This paper starts with the innovation characteristics of service outsourcing industry cluster, and analyzes the enterprises. The service outsourcing cluster innovation system is composed of intermediary, fund, government and university research institutions, etc. Finally, the operation mode of service outsourcing industry cluster innovation is put forward.
